Our group of five had lunch here twice during our week long stay as the food, service, and overall atmosphere was terrific. As you enter from the street women are making fresh tortillas to be enjoyed later with your meal. I would give high praise...More

For our yearly group meal, this place never disappoints. The specials and other Guatemalan meals are so delicious and affordable. The service is always great. My favorite location is "the one around the corner" from the other two: so calm and peaceful.

We dropped in for quick lunch of tortillas, guacamole, drinks, and chicken. And warm, gooey rellenitos. Not a large space, but cozy, with a great view of the street for people watching. Q155 for lunch for 2.

Following the burning of the Diablo on a December evening (somewhat over-rated event!), we wondered around central Antigua looking for a more traditional meal to celebrate our final evening of a short visit to this historical town. This restaurant was inviting with its Guatemalan decor...More

Straightforward menu. Good choices. Very friendly staff, eager to bring you extra condiments, sauces, etc at no extra cost. For brekkie, get either the Desayuno Tradicional or the Desayuno Completo (but you might not be able to eat it all) or the Omlette l Gusto....More

Really great selection of tipico food! We loved the tamales and chile rellenos. Sausages were OK, but they were dry and crumbly- not what we were expecting but tasty nevertheless. Special treat was a cider with rum that serve around Xmas. Perfect on a cold...More
