We were very looking forward to our Valentine's dinner at this restaurant but were disappointed with our meals. We probably won't go there again. Too many good restaurants out there. We ordered the Valentine's special for two. I got the clams with pappardelle pasta. The pasta was good but there were only two clams in the dish and they were... More

Greeted with smiles and sincere welcome! Great view of Bay from 16th Floor. Michael not only waited table perfectly but gave a great tour guide type history of our view with details of bay. Each course was timed perfectly. Shrimp cocktail sauce and horseradish cream was of the best I have ever had. My wife has an unusual Salmon cooking... More

Went to the Aerie for January 1st brunch the best thing about this place was the views. Next time we will definitely skip the meal and check out the views from the lounge area..It was served buffet style with various items, nothing seemed fresh. It was very bland and tasteless the only thing good was the desserts and coffee. We... More

We ate here on our last night at the grand traverse resort. The view is breathtaking with panoramic views around the entire restaurant. The food is excellent. We tried the poutine appetizer and the filet steak dinner. The service was top notch and the food was great. We would eat here again on our next return. Also if you have... More

I had been looking forward to date night at Aerie. It was a sunny, beautiful day, being able to look over the Grand Traverse bay through the windows at Aerie. I looked up the menu offered online. I was ready to order, knowing what I longed for by reviewing the menu before hand. The menu online was not the menu... More

Beautiful view at the top of the Grand Traverse resort! Very romantic, fresh, seasonal menu and top notch service. The view is fantastic with a panoramic view of the Traverse City Bay Resort area. Lovely bar too! Soft surroundings, attention to every detail, great cuisine and fantastic, personal service.

Very enjoyable! We were cheerfully greeted and given options for the seating. We took a table next to the window with a spectacular view of the bay! We started with the tuna nicoise and clam chowder. Vast wine and beer selections too. Dinners were Great Lakes Whitefish and the Scallops. We followed with desert: TC cherry pudding and chocolate peanut... More

Wonderful all around experience with a great staff and excellent food. I almost forgot to mention the view of the bay which was amazing at sunset. This restaurant is pricey but well worth it.
