Why do I say it's my favorite restaurant? The Galley has the perfect combination of ambience - think Nikki Beach Club meets New England. Beautiful sunsets right on the beach with lounge sofas and candles. The food is superb and of course the freshest fish. Excellent wine list. This is an expensive establishment but worth every penny for the total... More

We wanted a romantic spot to go for dinner for our 30th wedding anniversary so when I saw the location and photos of Galley Beach I knew we had found the perfect spot. We arrived early to have a drink on the beach and it was such a cool spot we felt like we were on a tropical island. Once... More

Fabulous dinner for two, I had the halibut and my husband had scallops and both dishes were great! Not to mention the soup appetizers were great as well. You can't beat the view. Make your reservations a few days in advance.

This is a diner with a spectacular view. They want you in and out and you can feel their arrogance about their location at every moment. The $19 cocktail (made with local spirits) let's you know you're paying rent for your seat, as do the $50+ entrees. When we tried to order a couple apps to start, we were told... More

They forced us to leave our table even when we wanted continue consuming. The food is above average, and prices high but what expected.

We had the pleasure of dinning at the Galley last night. Our entire evening was fabulous. We were greeted kindly, with friendly and knowledgeable service. Our service staff was very professional, kind, and informative. The food was amazing! We had the jumbo lump crab cake, vegetable tasting (local farm vegetables served in different forms, and the special appetizer of the... More

I was there for drinks and dinner! It is such a beautiful spot! We had great service and wonderful food! The lobster was amazing. I cannot wait to go back, even just for sunset drinks!!

Every year we go once, and vow never to come back. A great location, but the food is terrible, service is arrogant at best. The menu is short but food is definitely NOT fresh, greasy and generally of poor quality. Service is non-existence. Hope next year is better.

The location is fantastic. Great views across the beach and of the sunset. Great beach furniture to match the setting. That alone is worth a visit. However if it's the cuisine you're after then you will probably be disappointed. The Caesar salad did not taste like the real article but rather a simple leaf salad vinaigrette and the lobster was... Awesome experience!! We ate on the beach with our tootsies in the sand. The drinks were delicious. Dinner was awesome and the waitstaff was excellent. A great place to linger and watch the sunset. Really a great night!
