Having eaten here for years I was disappointed to see a Nantucket classic on its downside. Mediocre, tiny portion served at a snail's pace. Good but eh. Eat somewhere else.

We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at this quaint, in town restaurant. The scallop starter is TO DIE FOR -- as is the salmon main. Oh -- and don't forget to wine taste! The selection is unique and amazing. Highly recommend!
Delicious courses are paired with a very ample wine list. Service is accurate yet friendly. Open till late it has a cozy-fine atmosphere.
The restaurant is not in the town center but it is a little walk but worth it. Interesting menu and several specials offered. Seems like a place where people who are staying on the island go rather than the day tourists. We loved our meal...More

Definitely one of our favorite Nantucket eateries, American Seasons never fails to surprise and delight. Terrific menu, amazingly good preparation, attentive service and a quiet and pacific room. Excellent bar and wine list. Great wine by the glass selections and the full bottles are fairly...More
We recently ate here on our first night in Nantucket, on the recommendation of the inn staff next door where we were staying. The food was all very good, especially the halibut, hake, and rhubarb panna cotta. The food prices were decent, but the wine...More
