We went at 5:00 on a Sat. night and we were worried we didn't have a reservation but was able to get a table as the place filled up quickly. We ordered an eggplant appetizer which was delicious. We also had a chicken dish as well as a seafood dish. It was one of the best meals we have ever... More

Ate dinner here last week and while the menu was comprehensive, the appetizers ruled the day. A group of us dined on 5 selections which included the meatball, eggplant, and other yummy items. I look forward to returning to this spot when in MA next.

My daughter found this restaurant online. we were staying at the Homewood Suites down the road. We weren't sure where we were going but we kept walking. It was about 8 blocks from our hotel. While we were there we enjoyed the food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere, and the price. Although it is not budget, we had 2... More

Great service, pleasant atmosphere. Food is Ok though my veal picatta was a little short on the veal, while generous on the pasta. Bit too lemony for my taste. My husband's chicken parm was delicious and quite the other way - all chicken and no pasta. We are a repeat customer and Olivio is always consistent on quality.

I have been eating at Ristorante Olivio for over 10 years and I am never disappointed. The food is fantastic, fresh local and seasonal. The service is top notch, knowledgeable and friendly. We eat there at least 3 times a month. The pasta is fresh and the sauces and meat are excellent. Nice now they have outside seating. Excellent wines... More

Took my daughter for her birthday as this is one place where we can get veal cutlet or chicken cutlet with eggplant. Nice size portion with a natural tomato sauce and not a lot of cheese with a side of ziti. Nice hot bread out of the oven served only with olive oil no seasoning which I don't like. This... More

We just had a delicious dinner here. This is a great neighborhood restaurant with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The appetizers are huge, and they have 1/2 portions of pasta that are just enough. The service was AMAZING! We'll be back.

To celebrate the 32nd anniversary of my brother and sister-in-law, they chose Olivio's. I forgot to take photos as we were chatting so intensely, but I will describe our meals. We started with the mixed antipasto platter...easily enough for four diners. Mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano (semi soft), artichoke hearts, mortadella, prosciutto, olive medley, marinated mushrooms, and more. Crusty fresh bread accompanied... More

We wanted to try a different restaurant when we visited family who live on the Cambridge/Arlington line. We love Italian food so gave this place a try. Everyone there was very friendly and the service was super. I liked that they offered two sizes for the entrées because sometimes you don't want a large full portion. Myself and everyone in... More

My husband and I pop into Olivio's on a regular basis and just sit and have dinner at the bar, although it can be chancy getting a seat on a busy night. The staff is fantastic - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food is by far the best Italian food I've had in this area, and I'm from Providence... More
