Place is decorated nicely. The service is a hit or miss mostly uninviting. Usually we are greeted abruptly by wait staff and often feel hurried along. Although food is good.

Thai Basil's Pad Thai is the best around hands down. Chicken Satay is top nop, try the Pineapple Fried Rice it's great. Not overly on pricey. The restaurant itself ambiance is nothing to talk about, just ok, not because of the service just because there's not a lot to it. We do take out a lot, no deliver that's a... More

Thai Sweet Basil serves up good, fresh Thai Food. They use very fresh vegetables and have brown rice as an option. We use it more for take out, the dining room doesn't have a great atmosphere, though the food makes up for it. Very nice staff too.

We would look forward to eating at Sweet Basil's at least once a month. The kids and adults in our family loved the Pad Thai and Chicken Yellow Currie. Lately the quality has slipped and we now eat at Sweet Basil only occasionally.

I'm still wondering when my dining experience at Thai Sweet Basil will improve. I keep trying and keep getting more and more disappointed each time. I've decided that if I want authentic Thai to go to "Lot's of Eats in North Andover" instead. Sorry to say, but you all should just give up. You can tell the ownership hearts are... More

I had curry chicken with vegetables. I added brown rice to make it a little healthier. Food was very reasonable priced $13 or so for dinner. Food came quick and there were a decent amount of customers there, which is a good sign! I was recommended this place by a coworker who liked it and I loved it too. I... More

They have a great menu, quick service and a friendly staff. They tend to get overwhelmed at lunchtimes (especially around holidays) so get there early!

The restaurant, located in a strip shopping center, is on the small side, bright, and somewhat unprepossessing despite tablecloths and attractive, carved Thai decorations. The waitress misunderstood the order for seafood salad and delivered a beef salad instead, which was eaten because we were in a bit of a rush, and which was very tasty. The service was efficient and... More

We live in town so this is convenient to go to. Good food, good service. I would like a more inspiring menu.
