The food was average and a little too expensive for the quality. The ground beef in the tacos was greasy like it wasn't drained. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant.

I had a fine meal and a good Margarita. The food was surprisingly good for a small town on the east coast! I tried an assortment of tacos, and each one was seasoned differently and provided a real treat. I particularly liked the ambiance--they really paid attention to creating an interesting environment. The service was excellent.
Had been to the one in N. Andover in the past, but there was nothing outstanding that I recalled. Had to meet someone at a restaurant so she choose this one as it was closer to her office. I had a coupon for a buy two entrees and get the 2nd one for 1/2 price. In the center of the... More
Good food. Chips and salsa were home made you could tell. The enchilada verde was very good. Also had a margarita that was bright blue and it was good as well. There was a nice view of the river by the windows, although I sat at the bar since I was there by myself.
This was good Mexican food with full flavor. The service was quick and the food served hot. There are a lot of stairs so wheelchairs may have a problem. It was busy on a Saturday night so there was a short wait.
Disclaimer: Mexican food is not my first choice of cuisine, but both times that I've eaten at Casa Blanca I've been very pleasantly surprised. The waitstaff are pleasant, attentive and accommodating, and the menu is large and varied enough for me to find a meal that I find interesting and enjoyable. The restaurant is located on the second floor of... More
Hidden on the 2nd floor of a downtown building in Andover, I'd been by this spot for years without realizing it was there. I was there on a crowded Saturday afternoon, but we were seated promptly and all the staff were friendly, outgoing and offered plenty of feedback for recommendations. I was part of a group of six and we... More
One can be very hard pressed to find an authentic Mexican restaurant in Boston, never mind the suburbs! Needless to say, my husband and I were so happy to find this gem in Andover Center. The food is fresh and authentic! We have dined here a few times now and never once had a bad experience. I love the tamales... More
The same great service and staff you receive at the North Andover restaurant. The only real difference is series of stairs. Located in downtown Andover, not a bad spot on Main Street. The staff was great with my 1-year-old son and helped keep him entertained in his highchair. Thanks for a great evening.
