If you are a beer enthusiast, this is the place to go. The bartenders are very knowledgable about there crafted beers. You can eat delicious peanuts while you sip fine beers or whiskey/bourbon a hidden gem. Try it you'll like it. It's guaranteed

Lots of craft and foreign beers here to choose from. You think you know beer? This place is like beer's Master's exam. You qualify here, and you gain admission to beer's PhD program (Phatt Hops Department)

Love Moan & Dove! If you want a great selection of beers on draught or even cider---and want a convivial, neighborhoody environment, this is your place. You can bring your own food (pizzas, chinese food etc.) and stay for the beer and company. We always felt at home at Moan & Dove, and glad that there is this place that... More

Very laid-back atmosphere, free peanuts, and a huge selection of beers, draught and bottled. Bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. No food, but you may bring you own. And oh, I almost forgot free peanuts unlimited.

This is a small pub with friendly staff. Good choice of beer(we had IPA). Free peanuts. Good atmosphere, free wifi, free parking. A bit loud music, but ok

Small bar, endless peanuts, bar staff who are educated and passionate about awesome beers... Love the place. They have wifi if you need to work/meet with people. Music is good. You can play chess with people. They do not have food (well, peanuts), but you can bring food in. Some people have it delivered. For the hard core, ask about... More

I have gotta say, I have been to many a cool craft beer joint and this wasn't really as outstanding as people have claimed. The bartender is very knowledgable which I guess is what made her a bit snobbish. Don't get me wrong it is a great place to hang with friends and meet awesome people, I just can't get... More

Fantastic selection of craft beers on tap and tremendous bottle selection. A little pricey but well worth it! No food, but lots of peanuts! Can order take out from 2 close restaurants. NOT a good place to try to watch a game... A gem!,

This is a great casual, local beer bar. If you don't find a beer here that you like, you don't like beer. Great service, samples if you can't decide and all the peanuts you can eat. They don't serve food but you are welcome to bring in your take-out. Several good choices right near by. Mayber the best is Mission... More

We went here a few times while in Amherst. It's a nice mellow tavern where you can actually have a conversation. Even though there were lots of college students, they didn't seem to mind that we were at their place. They have an awesome selection of boutique beers.
