Though the food was excellent, the high point on this visit was the ingredients-knowledge of both the server and the shift manager. Gluten sensitivity -- not celiac, but sensitive -- is an issue for my companion, and bothe the server and his manager made sure we understood what was a TRACE vs. a LOT of wheat. This restaurant is systemically... More

There was confusion with our reservation which we made through Open Table. 30 Boltwood was wonderful straightening that out. We had a mid afternoon Thanksgiving dinner. I loved my appetizer. Had turkey, mush potatoes & delicious veggies. Pumpkins custard was heavenly. We'll come back. Even though the room was full, we could still have a good conversation at the table.

Too fancy. Love the place and its ambience, but pate+ on an English muffin is the sandwich? Wish it were a little less hoity-toity.

The food was wonderful all around, from the complimentary amuse-bouche to the potato leek soup to the entrees. I had a delicious pork chop which was done perfectly, accented with a flavorful sauce, and served on just the right amount of freekeh. Husband had the house pasta dish, which I though sounded very basic when he ordered it, but they... More

There was no reservation available on Opentable within 3 hours of the time that I wanted to have dinner. One call to the courteous reservation desk, and I had one within1/2 hour of my chosen time. The young man re-jiggered the tables to accommodate us. The waiter David was great-probably the best young waiter I've encountered in the past 10... More

By the time we were seated we had been passed through three different sets of hands...each warmly welcoming and gracious. A diverse but in some ways simple menu came to us after being seated in a very comfortable upscale environment. We were meeting friends and conversation competed with food, but we never felt a moment of rush. Our waitress sensed... More

Food was not all that impressive...very basic and expensive for what it was. Wait staff was attentive and friendly.

Beyond my norm budget, but went with family visiting for Christmas Eve dinner. Amazing, perfect dinner, drinks, dessert. Delicious, beautiful presentation, sweet attentive waiter, ambience warm and luxurious. Truly an indulgence. I have since passed by and seen they often have a fire in a bowl out on the porch on cool nights. We were there when the fire was... More
