I went here with my family and parents. This was our first time. The menu was a bit limited, but the food was awesome. I had a burrito, plus some of my kids' quesadilla. It was probably the best quesadilla I've ever had. Our server was friendly and attentive. I can see this place being popular with locals and the... More

Visited Mission Cantina in Amherst this morning. They had an option for brunch specials or the lunch menu. We arrived 10 minutes before they opened because we know how busy the place gets. 1st there👍. 4 of us ordered the enchiladas and 1 burrito. Great tasting all the way around. Their food is really some of freshest and best tasting... More

Great, fresh, authentic Mexican food. The carnitas tacos are amazing! Great service. Good drinks. Worth the ever present line for a table.

Place was empty, unlike many dinner visits when the wait time is ridiculous unless you like to eat at 4 p.m. So delighted to meet friends and be seated immediately. Food stellar as always, drinks strong and delicious, service prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about specials. Hope they stay open these hours, probably won't given few customers.

We went on a Thursday in summer, and didn't have to wait at all for a table. Food was mostly very good (enchiladas and a burrito), or pretty good (chips and salsa). I would have loved fresh salsa, but it was not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the atmosphere, casual but with character. Super friendly service, too. Also very reasonable... More

This is in our neighborhood. We love their food, and they have a great bar which makes virgin drinks. You got to try the brunch!

On a rainy day recently, at lunch time, Mission Cantina was full of life and absolutely delicious food. The food, service, decor, and atmosphere were outstanding and really brightened an otherwise gloomy day--just the upbeat kind of place to raise anyone's spirits.

A buddy of mine introduced me to this place. I love good Mexican food and this place didn't disappoint. We both ordered the taco plate, which allows you to choose 3 tacos and your choice of beef, caritas, fish, veggie etc. The fish tacos were outstanding! The tacos are smaller than the tacos you would get else where, but everything... More

This restaurant is hands down the best in Amherst, but it will leave you waiting. The lines are long and it's usually packed every single night of the week, which does say a lot about the food. A must dine if you have time.

I come here once a month, and it is hands down the tastiest mexican-american food I've ever had! I was raised in Central America, and can attest that their beans taste just like home-made beans! Their loaded nachos are a must! I love their taco plate (carnitas and fish are my favorite), and my husband always gets the burrito ahogado.... More
