I usually love this restaurant. Their jaeger snitzel is amazing. Lately, the service has been bad. The server Josh doesn't get water, forgets refills for drinks, doesn't bring bread until you ask, doesn't clear the appetizer plates. However, Kenzi was wonderful when we had her over six months ago. I will only sit at her tables moving forward. Lesson learned!

Dear Colleen First of all, thank you for the compliments on our food. While we pride ourselves on serving outstanding food, providing outstanding service is just as important to us. I'm sorry to hear about your recent visit. Although there is no excuse, Josh is new to our team and we will discuss this with him. When you say service... More

We had a very romantic dinner at this restaurant. The weiner schnitzel and jaeger schnitzel were very tasty. My husband had the apple kuchen for dessert and we would come back just for that! My only negative was I didn't care for the cheesecake. I was expecting the same kind I had while living in Germany. This had a graham... More

We arrived early so decided to have a drink in the bar before dinner, and that was nice. For dinner, my husband and I shared the wienerschnitzel, and it was very good. The rolls and the sides were good as well. They do charge $5 to share an entrée, but there was plenty of food for both of us, so... More

Had an anniversary dinner while staying at the inn. We didn't have a reservation, and had assumed as guests in the inn we didn't need one. The staff were quick to accomodate us with a table for two. Dinner was great, so was dessert which we took up to our room as the place started filling up. The food took... More

Normally only open for dinner, this restaurant is open for an elegant Mother's Dan dinner at noon. That is what our 93 year old mother prefers The meal did not get off to a good start. The potato leek soup was pretty bland, and the bread tasted like it had been frozen and then warmed up. But everyone was happy... More

Great night at the Haflinger Haus! Pork Shank as well as Spätzle were large delicious portions. Accompanying salad was light and lovely. Wine selection and prices were good. Potato pancake appetizer was nice and presented well but I wish there were maybe 3 on the plate rather than 2. As stuffed as we were, having only been able to finish... More

My wife and I just dined at the Haflinger Haus for the first time. It definitely lived up to prior reviews. We went with the Austrian specialties and we're not disappointed. The meal was fantastic. Shawn our waiter was great and the dining room was perfect including having a fireplace. Would definitely go back.
