When you are passing thru Acton, Julie's Place serves a fine breakfast. The omlets are very good. Today I had the mushroom, tomato and cheese with eye toast. The service was also very good.

Came in and found the dining area very hot. Apparently the A/C hadn't been set right but things cooled down pretty quickly. Good salads all around. Lots of character. Fun!

I liked it more than my wife. I've been there a couple times. Had some nice friendly service and another time friendly but very forgetful with lots of mistakes in the order. Food wasn't to rave about but was good. Hey, it was breakfast. Evening visit was better as the beer is at a great price (however ordered a Cold... More

I wished they had better looking foods and better service there for Breakfast. Can't say much about dinners as I've only been there for breakfast a few times. Haven't been impressed and probably won't be back unless they change hands or have new cooks and waiters. I think my kids can make better looking eggs and place it nicely on... More

Julie's is an institution in Acton and has had been serving great breakfast & lunch for years. Starting a few years ago she added on a bar and started serving dinner until 9:00 pm from the original closing at 2:00pm. A great place to get coffee anytime and lots of homemade goodies.

I went here to get breakfast with some family and friends. The place doesn't look like much inside or out but don't be scared. The food is pretty good and pretty cheap. It sort of feels like a diner but not quite. Although I had gone for breakfast I can tell you that the drinks are cheap and the bar... More

I think we all have "that" place where we go where the food is truly comforting, the staff is friendly and every time it is a treat. Julies is that place for my family. I've been going there the better part of a decade, probably a little more now; others I see there have been going since it originally opened... More

Good service. Nice people to talk to around. Sense of old time. Good environment for having conversation and relax. No pressure to leave even if you finish your meal. Have unlimited coffee refill and asked for anything else several times, so you are not forgotten. People can wait outside on a cute bench the weather permit, if it's a line... More

Julie's place is great for breakfast or lunch. It gets pretty busy on Sunday mornings - you might have a wait. The servers are friendly. We usually try to sit at the bar stools instead of the tables. They have two TVs on opposite walls so there's always that. There is a lot of local color on the walls. Many... More

We go here often for breakfast. Sometimes there is a small wait to get in but that's because so many like it for breakfast. They have counter and table service. They also serve dinner with beer and wine available but we have only gone there for breakfast and like it. Service is usually quick and the food is good
