Burnt beignets twice. Third try was raw in the middle. Waiter said they microwaved the frozen dough before frying. He/they don’t understand they need to reduce the oil temperature to gradually cook the dough throughout. The table next to me ordered chicken and waffles and...the chicken was burnt as well. Staff were all very young and polite, but they don’t know how to cook, at least when I visited.More

Enjoyed a great lunch! This is a hidden gem! The tomato coconut soup was delicious. I should have had a bowl. I also enjoyed my turkey club. I will definitely return.

Had lunch her with my daughter and her friend. I had shrimp tacos, my daughter had the breakfast burrito, and her her friend had a breakfast sandwich. Good portions and very tasty food. Friendly service, nice atmosphere.

Oh my, what horrible food. I had the bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. They put so much dill on it you couldn't taste anything else. The slice tomato was sour and rotten but they covered it up with dill. The salmon was disguisting...- it was old, dried out, hard as a rock - not edible. My husband had the sausage and egg omelet. It was greasy and the sausage was slivered. You could tell it was cooked on a greasy grill. The potatoes had so much old bay seasoning you couldn't taste the potato. All of his food was served cold. The tables are old and dirty, the floor is disguisting. I can't believe people think this is good place.More

This place is worth the wait. And actually our weight wasn’t too bad. We went and had a coffee next-door and then when it was our turn we were overwhelmed by the menu. The salmon avocado toast was delicious along with the Roos tart and...the salad that my other friends had. I wish I had more time to go back and eat there againMore

Today was my first time here - my usual place closed recently. Great breakfast served and the coffee smells fantastic. This place is local - and you know it. They were friendly and made me feel like I'd been a long-time regular. They can make...an egg white sandwich, if you ask. Get it with pepperjack.More

We were there for lunch and enjoyed 2 of the daily specials. The rice bowl came with meat and great combo of veggies. The fries are cooked to perfection. Will definitely eat here again and try something new.

Ordered a Cesar salad with chicken and caramel latte to go today. Service was okay - a bunch of kids running the place. The salad was mediocre at best - the lettuce was old and the chicken must have been leftover from a prior dinner...service. The dressing was so thick I couldn't put it on my salad - thicker than the consistency of mayo, but it did have a good flavor. The croutons had such a strong rosemary flavor that I couldn't eat them - yuck! The latte had NO taste of caramel, just weak coffee with lots of creamer. This place is generally okay for breakfast (a bit overpriced), but never again for lunch.More

We breakfast here often when we visit Cape Saint Clare and always enjoy it. Very good coffee and lattes--fancy ones, too, if you're in the mood--and everything cooked to order. New grab-and-go section and take-out, too, of course. Hubby favors the omelets and the lox...and bagel combo also really nice. Kid & family friendly, nice staff, and relaxed atmosphere. Very nice little spot.More

We were traveling back to Delaware and stopped in for brunch with a friend who lives nearby. You place your order at the register, pre-pay, and then someone brings it to your table. This place was a real delight. I ordered the chicken wrap, my...husband ordered the huevos rancheros and my friend opted for the croissant egg sandwich. It's a small, intimate place and the menu has a good variety of items to choose from. We also enjoyed the mimosa and bloody Mary! Everything was good - cleaned our plates! Will definitely be back.More

We were traveling from Rehoboth to DC and needed a break for lunch. We found this restaurant via the internet as only a mile and a bit away. It was utterly fantastic! We shared the Latin Pork Cubano and the Grilled Ham w Brie. They...were both superb. Also great coffee. This cafe is definitely worth a break in traveling - wish it were closer to where I live.More

Just a charming coffee shop with excellent food! Their gluten free bread actually works with a sandwich. Only open for breakfast & lunch, both menus are creative & the food is delicious.

Simple food cooked well is what we found on our first visit. Eggs were fresh and tasty, hash browns w/onions crisp & well seasoned, coffee rich and strong. My wife had BLAT & praised the bacon and the perfectly ripeness of the avocado. Good value...here. Would like to try the beignets; they had a flank steak w/ chimichurri bowl special that seemed appealing, too.More

Our first visit was last month, and this was our second. Small restaurant, 10 tables, open for breakfast and lunch only. Open 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. with breakfast being served all day. The restaurant has a New Orleans bent with lots of NOLA pictures...and menu items. Shrimp and grits! Friendly staff. You order from the counter, and the food is bought to your table (they also have carry out). Husband says coffee good, Bloody Mary's as well! The BLAT sandwich (bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato) was very good. Nice fresh slices of avocado, not the spread some restaurants are using. Waffles with chicken gravy was also a hit. Nice selection of wines and beers. Will have to come back for lunch next.More

Nice little place for a home-cooked breakfast with fresh orange juice, coffee or even a Bloody Mary. The menu and dining room are very small but quality.
