My husband and I stopped in Annapolis for a late lunch (2 PM) on a Sunday. While scouting the area for an appealing place to eat, Reynolds Tavern jumped out at us. Unfortunately, the graceful and historic appeal of the exterior didn't match our experience inside. We were seated almost immediately, just inside the dining room at a very small... More

I resisted going here for years, as we are frequent visitors to Annapolis. However I succumbed to dessert after dinner last night. I was so impressed that I insisted we go again for lunch this morning. They had some of the same loose teas I keep at home and even a small version of my teapot! The Liquid Truffle was... More

Reynolds Tavern has been a Christmastime must-visit for our family. The tavern itself, located on Church Circle, dates to the 18th century, and offers tavern-style fare with modern touches. The servers have been consistently attentive, and the food above average.

There were 12 of us on a Saturday afternoon. We started off with a snack and after trying a few appetizers realized we had to stay for dinner. The food was great and the service was as well. We sat outside at the back of the tavern. While the sun was out, we were able to remain very comfortable in... More

If you're going to visit historic Annapolis, you might as well have dinner at place that has some history to go with it, plus it's very conveniently located. My wife had the crab cakes while I had a shrimp pasta dish. We both had a glass of wine to go with the dinner. Dessert was Creme Brulee and Bread Pudding.... More

My wife and I live in Annapolis and decided to spend the day doing tourist things. We ended a lovely day with a late afternoon snack at Reynolds. They have a delightful garden/patio out back that is completely shaded by trees. The day we were there was hot but there was a wonderful breeze blowing. We got a table and... More

This restaurant was a delightful surprise. I love historical buildings and this one was charming and the establishment appeared to be popular so I impulsively went in for lunch. After hearing a description of the afternoon tea options I went with an afternoon tea and it was lovely. Began with a scone which was followed with a cheese plate. The... More

The pub and tea room are so filthy I don't know how they have not been shut down!! The walls, floors and baseboards in the dinning room are so dirty it's appalling!! Downstairs in the pub the lights are dimmed so you can't see the disgusting floors that have probably never been mopped and a broken window with a piece... More

We are the ones who called the 2 hostess's the energy ladies. My best friend and I came here for afternoon tea on May 11 at 11 am and May 19th at 11:30 am. The service and staff were amazing. They were able to accommodate our food allergies. The food and tea were amazing. The ambience of the venue made... More
