My wife started with calamari and had the bouillabaisse as her main. The calamari was lightly fried and delicious, and the bouillabaisse was loaded with seafood in a scrumptious broth. I had the anchovy salad to start (not something I'd order again) and the paella (excellent) as my main. Not a cheap meal ($120 with tax and tip) but not... More

Took our adult kids for dinner Saturday night and enjoyed every morsel. I had the Steak Tartar (scrumptious) and the veal, my husband had the coq au vin. DO NOT miss the Grand Marnier souffle at the end of the meal. Light as a feather and delicious!

Three of us came here because it was close to our hotel, it was rated highly and my husband always likes to try French restaurants. We were not disappointed. We've all eaten many times in various regions of France and good French restaurants in London and Germany. So we were hoping for OK. Les Folies doesn't open new horizons, but... More

Very rude greeting..... snooty waitresses, and owner. Food was good, attitude was uncalled for. Arrived for a late night dessert, pre ordered, and overheard rude French comments about our table .... they did not we spoke fluently French.

Consistently delicious food graciously served. Try the foie gras appetizer...we get it every time. Will visit again if we ever get back to MD!

We were visiting friends in the area and this was their choice for our meal out. What an outstanding choice it was. Our server Eric was extremely personable, knowledgeable about the menu and efficient. His descriptions of the dishes we asked about were spot on. Two of us ordered linguini with seafood in light cream sauce. In most US restaurants... More

Superb dining experience in every way. From the gracious welcome, to the attentive but unhurried service, to the absolutely delicious food, it was one of my top 10 restaurant experiences! The crab cakes were all meat, no filling, and served on the most delicious lobster sauce I've had in ages. Fois gras was great as was cheese plate. Next time,... More

Nice place. Food was good, started with some oysters which very good, however for a place of this level I was surprised that the accompaniments were in plastic cups. The French bread is excellent. I had rack of lamb for dinner, I ordered it medium rare but it was closer to rare, however the sauce and meat were very good.... More

My wife and I are fortunate to have dined in some of the best French restaurants in Paris, Provence and the US. We've been dining at Les Folies for more than 15 years. Owner Alain, Chef Efrain, Polina, Eric and other team members always warmly welcome us as though we're joining them in their dining room at home. The menu... More

Ate here about 7 years ago and hadn't been back! Wow! If anything it's better than I remember! Menu outstanding and quite authentic French options! Lots of seafood! Service excellent as well. I had the filet mignon it was delicious. Several others had seafood that looked great as well. Save room for dessert! The mini soufflé is great! Can't believe... More
