We ducked into the Tavern from a pretty serious rainfall last Monday. We had intended to visit the Rams Head anyway, but it felt even better than just a visit. We had lunch and a beer sampler. The tavern steak salad was good, but not great. The mac and cheese was very good. The waitress, Giorgi, was very nice and... More

We went for lunch, and it was not busy at all. While we were expecting better service, (our waiter only came by twice) the food was delicious, and the other servers that walked by our table, we were able to catch their eye, and they were happy to help. I heard that this is a staple of Annapolis, and I... More

My husband and I had heard great things about this place but we were very pleasantly surprised when we were directed to the back patio for brunch this past Sunday. It was a beautiful setting with a jazz band playing. The food was amazing and fresh at great prices. We will definitely be back!

Great beer selection. Food just fair. I had bratwurst with mashed potatoes. Two friends had a cup of chili that they both said was fair. Another friend had the cheese steak.Again nothing great. All the food was Luke warm ...Not hot. Fun place to drink though.

The food and service was good. Great "happy hour". Staff was friendly and helpful. History of restaurant was interesting. Good music in the attached venue.

This is a cool place. You are not far from the stage no matter where you sit. We should have had dinner here. This place has lots of spaces for dining. Inside and out. Check out the bar below.

We walked by and decided to stop by for a drink and lunch. The bar is excellent, old style tavern with friendly bartenders. I found a rare oak barrel porter, which was wonderful. The brewery outgrew this space and moved off the property. Meanwhile they expended into bar, restaurant, outdoor patio and theatre. Actually a pretty big place. We came... More

Found the menu uninspired overall. The shrimp salad sandwich was good. The crab tater tots were drowned on cheese, if you order them tell them to take it easy on the cheese otherwise you can't taste the crab. I expected more crab options given the proximity to the bay.

We loved our special package of a discount on dinner and parking on a night when we came for a show. So many different dining areas. We sat in back in a courtyard that was charming. Food was great. Service fast. We really loved our visit. The show was sold out, and tables are tight, but we still had a... More
