I had the open faced turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. My wife had fried oysters. Every meal comes with WA bread and butter. Each meal also comes with desert, though you may need to get it Togo as you will be too full to eat it. Staff is friendly, decor is like eating at your grandmother's. I do not... More

I have been to this cafe on numerous occasions and have never had a bad meal. I have gone for both lunch and dinner and always take home leftovers. Everything is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is great. There are all kinds of old time items on the walls, ceiling and shelves. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dessert... More

My sister, who lives in nearby Churchville, took me to this delightful neighborhood cafe raving about the food, downhome decor, and service. Boy, was she spot on with her praise! Located in a rather generic strip mall, stepping into the interior transports you to the old fashioned, hometown diner you might have experienced as a child -- or wished you... More

Based on Trip Advisors review, my colleague and I decided to try Mamie's. There's a reason they're rated number 1 on TA here. Great food, super service and an incredible decor especially if you like antiques and knick knacks. My broiled Rainbow Trout stuffed with crabmeat was one of the best I ever had. My colleague had Chicken Marsala and... More

On our way from Philly to D.C. we stopped in Aberdeen, MD for dinner at Mamie's Cafe. From the moment we walked in we were captured be the ambience of this quaint restaurant. The food was abundant and had a home style feel. We had two pasta dishes and even when we shared one the amount of food was overwhelming... More

Quick visit to Aberdeen to help my daughter get situated at her new base (APG) and I was craving seafood. Mamie's did not disappoint! I ordered the Mamie's favorite which is a club sandwich that has fresh shrimp salad and a crab cake and my daughter ordered the open face roast beef sandwich. So good! The service was quick, our... We have visited Mamie's Cafe several times and always leave full and happy. They have good, home cooking with a wide variety of menu choices. The atmosphere is so much fun - it is decorated with old photos and relics from the early to mid 1900's and they are authentic, down to the tables that you eat on and the... More

I CANNOT say enough good things about this local cafe and bakery. The setting isn't posh or fancy but the folks are as friendly as can be and the food is out of this world! Do: Get there early. (Seating is limited and the place is popular.) Try the waffles with fresh fruit (thank you for using fresh, Mamie's) and... More

We stopped at Mamie’s on the way to the Philadelphia airport. We were thrilled to see the outside of the restaurant decorated to the nines for Christmas – so many whimsical things. It just brought a smile to your face. It was early so the restaurant had few patrons. Brenda and her staff had also decorated the inside of the... More

Loved the crab soup- The portions are very big - I'd call it mommy food- really satisfied us after a long day on the road. Great rice pudding.
