Just an all-around good experience: beautiful lake, always see deer or geese, and the counter staff is nice as can be. Food is standard American fried, but sometimes that's what you long for! Great ice cream.

Just enjoyed lunch with our Poodle. Super lobster rolls🤣 the view is great and lots of people were hitting balls. Quick pleasant service.

Today was our first trip to Tabor's and we really enjoyed the mini golf! The course was very easy to access, fairly compact in size. Never felt crowded though. Nicely decirated, pretty landscaping. Great view of the lake. Restaurant was pretty busy so we didn't...try it, we'll have to do that on another visit!More

Bucket of balls from the range with family along with a round of golf was a great family outing. We also enjoyed food there which was decent. The driving range is really where the fun is because of the view and the range targets.

I have been going to Taber's since I was a child. It is my happy place, I cannot wait until April when it reopens for the summer. The food is good and I love to go at lunch time to have a quiet meal and...enjoy the outdoors (or my car if it is a rainy day). The owners are awesome and everything is always consistently good. Try the onion rings, they are awesome!More

We stopped a Taber's for lunch yesterday the first time this season and had a great time. The onion rings and lobster roll are great here. No matter what you order get the onion rings they are dipped in a donut batter you can't find...anywhere else. Glad Taber's is open for the season again!More

Somebody wrote to say he had been going to Taber's since he was a child, and I remembered that I,too, used to visit Taber's as a child of 7 or 8 w/my parents. Since am over sixty now, that was quite awhile ago! Because my...husband has never been here before, we decided to take a ride to Auburn for lunch. We ordered one bacon-burger w/cheese, one cheeseburger, FFs, onion rings, & a chocolate frappe w/ice cream. The total bill w/tax was slightly under $20. While waiting, we found a picnic table and took our 2 dogs out of the car for a walkabout. The order did not take very long and everything was placed in a box for carry out. The onion rings, which they are famous for, were fat, delicious, and not greasy. I asked that the bacon-burger be cooked somewhat rare and it was! All the food was warm, yummy, and really hit the spot. My husband enjoyed the frappe, too! There is plenty of parking around Taber's, and it was nice riding around the lake to find our way out. Taber's's is located on Lake Shore Drive, overlooking Lake Auburn. The place was packed with customers, but the ordering process was quick & easy. Everything seems as fresh as can be!More

The minigolf by the lake was great fun with my grandkids on a hot summer day. I was glad we had decided to eat earlier in the day.

Tabers is a great little place to get lunch, a snack or ice cream. They have hamburgers, hot dogs, Taber dogs (their version of a corn dog), BLTs, fried seafood, onion rings and french fries. They also have a nice variety of ice cream; including...sundaes and frappes. You can also play miniature golf or use the driving range.More
