First time was good, second time was disappointing. 3rd was extremely disappointing. Quality and service in a restaurant is very difficult to maintain standard and this place proves that.

We go here regularly and are always pleased with the food and service. Their steaks are always cooked perfectly and come out sizzling. The salad bar is available as a side or all you can eat with a side of soup or chili at a...very reasonable price. Their salad bar has grilled chicken and the fake crab meat not just greens, it is totally awesome. My favorite dish is the Muffeletta Panini with onion rings. The menu is extensive covering gumbo soups( great French onion) salads seafood dishes lobster and steaks. They even do some dishes “the skinny way” for low carb diets. Small party or big they have always accommodated us and satisfied usMore

We go to the PalmsToo about once a week for dinner. There is a good menu selection and the service is good.

I ordered the fried shrimp and they were fresh, delicious, large, and amazing. My husband ordered the steak and it came to him sizzling hot and delicious. My hubby said they don't marinate the steaks here but they make sure you are satisfied and he...was!More

This was one of my favorite restaurants in Saint Bernard Parish but this last visit and I say it's going downhill. Need a new cook! Order a ribeye steak cooked medium, well it was done practically burnt. couldn't get the burnt taste out my mouth...after eating it I should have sent it back but I hate doing that. All that stuff mushrooms and it was so soggy not good at all. I also was there to buy gift cards for Christmas for people in my family will not be doing that . My husband said his meal was okay. Improvement in the salad bar also .We used to Rave about this place. Talk to the Cook before It continues going downhil. the steak was pretty expensive too .More

This is a very non-typical truck stop associated restaurant. The food and atmosphere is upscale of a typical truck stop associated restaurant. I made the mistake of ordering stuffed mushrooms. From the large amount of water in the bottom of the bowl it was obvious...that they were thawed in a microwave. The veal main course was very good. Their fried chicken was also rated very good by one of the other guests at my table. The biggest problem was that they brought the appetizers to the table at the same time as the entrees. The salad bowls for the salad bar showed up a few minutes after the entree and appetizers. The staff does not comprehend that appetizers and salads come BEFORE the main course.More

We were at the Palm's Too for lunch today and found the dishes to be among the best we have ever eaten. There were 9 of us so we had several appetizers....onion rings, fried catfish, calamari and fried shrimp with an amazing sauce. We shared...tastes of the gumbo and corn & seafood chowder.....WOW! Not a crumb was left and then we had our main dishes! We had the grilled pork chops, grilled soft shelled crab and a steak to die for. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever eaten. Not sure what Vincent does to them so delicious and not so sure I want the calorie count, but they were so creamy and tasty I enjoyed every fork full. The sweet potato dessert and the bread pudding and it's sauce were over the moon! So nice to see this restaurant can offer the folks in St. Bernard a first class meal at a reasonable price. I will be back.More

Never disappointed in the food. Its very reasonably priced and always good. Vincent does a great job... and everyone loves rosie (sweet lady) Some of my favorites are Friday night steak special, steak comes to the table sizzling with your choice of side and salad...bar. The meatballs good as well as fried seafood. Call for take out orders as well. Wine glasses are (__) nice size and you get your glass worth. Good JOB !!More

We have eaten here several times. Most of the time the waitresses are very good. Tonight, the waitress was horrible. And it was not just tonight. We have had poor service from the same waitress in the past. During a prior visit, she brought me...a completely different meal then what I had ordered. Then told me that I had ordered what she brought, and then she said she was going to stand there and watch me eat it. Tonight, I ordered unsweet tea. She brought me sweet tea. When I said something to here about it, she got very confrontational and insisted that it was unsweetened, and she wanted to see me taste it. I told her I already had, and it was sweet tea. When she brought my glass of tea back to the table, she slammed it down own the table and left. The rest of the meal she addressed my partners 12 year old son instead of the adults at the table. The food here is not bad. It's not the best I've had, but not the worst either. We will not go back though.More
