Restaurant's Favorite

The food and drinks were amazing! We started with a pitcher of sangria then mixed drinks. All flavorful and fresh. The food was hot and delicious. The service was laid back and the restaurant was not crowded.

Joined a group of friends for an evening of dancing. The DJ was great and he kept the place rocking all night long.

Awful experience! From the 15 wines in the menu, they had only one, which wasn't listed in the menu! Same with the beers, only 2 out of 6 or 7 listed... The food bad and too expensive, we asked for bread and guess didn't have...either.More

The food options are fast food, but they are good, also the place have good drinks and after some hour, turns into a dance place, in the heart of Casco Viejo. If you arrive before turns into dance place, you don't need to wait in...lines, or even pay to enter.More

Had dinner here and would not recommend it. The scene later in the evening is definitely better but as a dinner option, you can do better.

This place was great for dancing...two rooms offer house music and more contemporary pop and latin. The place is air conditioned which also makes a big difference!

If not feeling like dancing salsa all night this is the place. Place to see and be seen, Casa Jaguar has a very good drink selection and it even features live music (we watched a great local rock band) on our visit. Definetely worth a...try if looking for a more refined bar than the usual salsa dancing places.More

We live in Panama and tend to visit restaurants and pubs before they get so noisy that you can't hear yourself speak. We came to enjoy the food and that we did. It has a nice feel to the place although at night I think...it would be a hopping place to be. We like to try places out and this would be one that we would come back to....we had friends with us so nice to spend time with good food and drink.More

The food is quite good, considering you're in a bar. After 10pm, the place turns into a disco/club. If you want to keep your table you have keep buying booze.

Last Saturday (May 7th, 2016), I went with a small group of friends and family, to have dinner and celebrate my sister´s birthday, we finish eating and we ask for drinks and we decided just to stay, but after spending almost $600 in food and...drinks they asked us to leave our table, because when dinner time is over tables are reserved for people who buy bottles, I was drinking vodka, others run, or margaritas, so we decided to not buy a bottle and leave place with a very bad feeling, service was not good at all from the begining, so it was easy to decide to leave, funny part...the person who bought the bottle got a $60.00 bottle vs. us spding amost $600 by the time we were asked to leave the table...More

So, I had dinner at Casa Jaguar to try their specialty burger for "Burger Week Panama". First, the place is very nicely decorated and very fancy. I liked it. Though the chairs could have been more comfortable (all were high chairs). We were greeted by...a very nice hostess who led us to our table. One of the 2 things I didn't like was that, we hadn't even finished sitting down when she asked us if we would be staying for the club scene. We said we didn't know and a bit haughtily she told us that if we did the table had a minimum requirement of $$ spent at the club. Mind you, we were there at 7:30 pm, the club started after 11. Don't think we were going to stay 4 hours there but whatever. I think she HAS to ask it, though I think there are better ways. The place ended up looking snobby to me after that. The waiter we had was very disinterested but efficient. Now onto food: We ordered wings as an appetizer. These were nothing to write home about, I've cooked better wings at my house. The specialty burger called Funky Millo Burger. It is one of the best burgers I've ever had from this "Burger week" challenge.More

Spent a couple of hours here wiht a buch of work friends there was a live band playing. The singer was awesome and the musicians as well. Had a few drinks, then the DJ started spining and the club lights came on. I really like...the place and the music was great, however, it became a little too loud for me. I am sure the younger crowd in the place loved it. very hip! Ps. What gives away that I am getting old? The fact that the music was too lour for me or that i said "Hip"? :-)More
