We were super hot wandering around Caso Viejo and happened across Granclement by chance and popped in to get some refreshment and cool down. Amazing choice of flavours and plenty of sorbets for those who can't eat diary. Everything was delicious and they make their...own waffle cones - large and small. Although expensive, it was great to be able to sit down in A/C and have enjoy some truly yummy ices. We also managed to pick up a free map of the old city.More

Friendly service is the icing on top of the delicious flavours. Between us, my husband and I tried the dulce de leche, coconut and vanilla with nuts, all of which were lovely but the coconut especially so, with desiccated pieces throughout. The cones were also...very nice, solid and crunchy. Recommended.More

We made a nightly pigrimage to this shop for thei wonderful ice cream. Yes, they have basil flavored, but that wasn't my favorite. I especially enjoyed the passion fruit while my wife preferred the dulce de leche.

My daughter, traveling with me, sought out this place based on a friend’s strong recommendation. Pleasant pink atmosphere. Smallish well lit store, mostly for take out as compared to lingering. Tasty coffee and cinnamon ice cream according to my daughter. Friendly service.

delicious crepe and ice cream! the menus are all in english but our server knew 0 english haha made ordering a crepe alittle hard but the food itself is delicious

We trudged through POURING rain to find this place, after hearing great things about the ice cream. We were not disappointed. I had basil ice cream, which was surprisingly fabulous. Also, vanilla with walnuts: yum. Wife had dulce de leche, which she loved. Can’t wait...to go again.More

On our Holland America Line cruise through the Panama Canal, we stopped at Panama City and at the end of our tour, we savoured ice cream from Granclement Gourmet Ice Creams and Sorbets during an extremely hot day. The ice cream is paid for by...weight. It was delicious.More

Tasty ice cream! Quite a few flavors to choose from in a comfortable and cool temperature. The ice cream was reasonably priced and all three of us enjoyed our selections.

The ice cream (gelato) was excellent and they have a very good variety of flavors. You can get cones or cups and one or two scoops. The shop is small, the service was quick, efficient and friendly. It is a little pricey and they take...credit cards.More

We heard about Granclement and came by to give our own rating. They ran out of earl grey so I settled for lavender. I was not disappoint and it was REALLY good. We also had mango, cookies & cream and After Eight.
