Recommendations led me to make a dinner booking for my husband and I here, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Don't be put off by the unassuming interior: the food is delightful, and the service from the owner/manager/host very friendly and accommodating. There's no fixed pasta...menu, with the kitchen preparing sauces according to whatever they have fresh in, but they're also happy to make go-to classics for you. As such, my husband ordered one of the nightly specials with ham and cheese, while I asked if they could do me a carbonara and they were happy to oblige (and it was sensational). Before they were served we enjoyed a spinach & ricotta starter and shared a delicious focaccia alongside our pasta dishes. With a large bottle of San Pellegrino the bill for the two of us came to just over $42, which we felt was money well spent. Highly recommended.More

Teeny tiny gem of a restaurant. The owner/chef will discuss the menu, make suggestions and cook for you! Where else (except for home) can you experience that? Pumpkin and bacon rigatoni was amazing, homemade focaccia bread delicious! Try this little place, you’ll be happy you...did!More

What a little Italian gem! Hubby & I tried their lunch special: salad, pasta, focaccia & iced tea for 10euro per person. Portions were just right. Hubby had linguine with Mediterranean sauce, I had linguine pesto. Both pasta dishes were great! If we are ever...in Casco Antigua again, will definitely go there for Italian food. Yes, we did wait a bit but it was worth it. Very friendly owner.More

Lovely and tiny pice of italy in the old casco antiguo Panama City, as fast you go in you can realize this is a home made italian food, where the owner is a extremely gentle italian girl, highly recommend

Wow! Probably the best pizza’s we’ve ever had! So much love in their cooking! We had the pizza Alexis, and their award winning pizza Bianca. Perfect balanced flavors with an amazing thin crust. Their sangria is also great, when in Castro Viejo, don’t miss out...on this place!More

Caffe per Due is a small restaurant having a genuine italian atmosphere. The pasta of the day was fantastic (we had the choice from 2 different sauces) . This came with a small salad and drink included. The restaurant have won a price for best...pizza but as we were rather late, no pizza's were available anymore. It goes without saying that the coffee is not to be missed.More

Had great coffees, a local beer, and a panini. Lovely staff, cute looking place. Italian themed. Not so many good cafes in Casco Viejo it seemed to us.
