This was convenient to my hotel and it was fairly crowded, so I thought it was a good sign. My steak was only average, though.

One of our favorite Panamanian breakfast spots in town. Definitely try the Desayuno via Argentina and cool off with a Batidos de frutas tropicales. The service is a bit slow, but it is nice change of pace to not be bothered or rushed out of a restaurant.

Wonderful staff. Quick service even when busy. Amazing homemade chili sauce (try). All food was amazing. Had specialty sandwiches with combo meat (bread is incredible). Prices extremely reasonable. So much flavor in their food and large menu.

Very typical South American restaurant with a wide array of regional dishes. Inexpensive $20.00 for fresh covina pargo or mariscos. Bass; snapper; or shrimp.

Highly recommended local restaurant. There are three locations, I went to the one at Via Argentina. Try the Fiesta Panameña dish!!!

We visit El Trapiche most every time we come to Panama City. It is located adjacent to Albrook Mall. Our breakfast total for three people ... full breakfast (eggs, bacon, black beans, beverage) was $20 .... fantastic meal and fantastic price
