This is a kind of industrial Lebanese food. The quality is really average. May be acceptable for people who are not familiar with Lebanese food. The atmosphere is artificial to attract tourists. The price is really exaggerated !

The place is hudge The food is good and the prices are fare. Better choose your own starters and share as meze. The limonade with herbs is great.

I love indian food and crave it on a regular basis. We figured we'd try and fix the craving but it wouldn't be anywhere near the quality we get in New York. WRONGO! This place is delicious! We over ordered of course (eyes bigger than stomachs) everything was delicious! Paneer, naan, chicken masala the list goes on and on. We... More

Good find for Mideast food. Loved the combination plates. Clean, air conditioned and quiet made for a comfortable relaxed meal where conversation was enjoyed over good beer and tea. Attentive service and our lack of Spanish did not impact ordering.

Close ti Riu Plaza and Mariott, Beirut screams from far away "" forbidden pleasures" so it cannot be unnoticed. Lebanese atmosphere, due to the music and belly dancers,, groups of friends smoking narghilea on the terrace, good Lebanese dishes ( musky is an eggplant and tomato masterpieces). Not a fancy, black-tie place, can be funny and affordable. Fair service. In... More

Great staff, great Lebanese food. Hookah flavors available. Name changed to MAKAN from BEIRUT but the menu is the same. So many choices of food and everything I tried was excellent. We ended up going to dinner late and they stayed open to serve us.

My sister and I ate here as we were in the mood for lamb. The only reasonably priced lamb item was the lamb kebab. It came with two sides. We chose hummus and tabouli. We also ordered falafels. The hummus and tabouli were really delicious. The kebab was nothing special and the falafels were dry. I would have liked to have... More

We learned about Beirut from our research on Trip Advisor. Luckily, it turned out that it was just two blocks away from our hotel, which was extremely convenient. We ate at Beirut three separate times, and enjoyed all of our visits. Here is my breakdown: Atmosphere: Beirut is a very beautifully designed establishment. They did a great job decorating the... This is a large restaurant and right across the street from the Marriott. We liked it so much - we had lunch here both days. Staff is friendly and no rush - we could sit and converse.
