Beautiful ambiance and music, with breath taking views of the city skyline. Food was delicious. I would recommend the pork belly tacos 🌮 customer service was on point and very attentive. Very clean and well decor environment.

I had just arrived in the city and they recommended Selina's rooftop to me.
I went there and ate a very delicious Mexican meal at Tacos la Neta. I have eaten the Shrimp Bowl.
The waitress Paula has been very kind and supported me with the menu and with some questions I asked about the city.

Isaac was so kind and friendly. After a rough bus ride we were a bit queasy and he made us a special dinner that we could eat! Ask for Isaac, and we really enjoyed the modified veggie bowl!

Made a reservation for 2 on line, no problem. No options on line but to make a straightforward reservation. On arrival we were seated on metal stools at a high table between two speakers playing very loud remixed 1980’s music. We were very uncomfortable but could not be moved because more comfortable tables had been reserved by deposit (with a guaranteed spend of $300). The guacamole was tasty but a modest portion and the chips a little stale. We had Moroccan fish and chicken tacos, both quite tasteless, saved only by non-descript sauces in plastic bottles on the table. Not a great experience, won’t go again.

You will find this restaurant located on the rooftop of the Selina hostel in Casco Viejo. There is a definite young vibe here with a DJ pumping out loud Dance music. The view from the rooftop is spectacular, but the tables are small and chairs a little hard. The service is slow - It took 35 minutes for our pico de gallo and tortillas to arrive and during that time, no one came to check on us. Our waitress couldn’t speak English but I think she was explaining that our order was missed by the kitchen. The tacos we had were alright, but I’ve had better. Overall the experience was good for the vibe, but there’s better tacos elsewhere in Panama.

We arrived at Tacos La Neta for the first time and for a few seconds we felt lost, but Joshira MartĂnez rescued us and gave us a tour of the place, helping us with all the explanation and how the place works. He also gave us the agenda for the week. We will come next Wednesday for your salsa nights.

I made an online reservation for our dinner on Friday night. I showed my email reservation confirmation to the waiter that attended to us. They could not find my reservation on their system, nobody could speak English. We were eventually given a crappy little table by the lift and had to eat with our hands on our laps. No knives or forks, and the pork belly tacos my husband had were inedible. There was no pork belly in the tacos, just pieces of pork fat. The oil was dripping out of it. 3 small tacos for $10,50.
We were overcharged with 4 cocktails where our 2 girls only had alchohol free mojitos. We had to send the bill back twice to have it corrected.
And then the following morning I get an email to say that I did not attend my reservation!!
Unfortunately I have to say, the whole evening was a dissappointment that costed us a lot of money. Not worth it and we will definately not be back :-(

Some dishes made my taste buds happy while others were ok. The nachos lacked a bit of pizzaz I like. IMHO, not enough melted cheese, guacamole, jalapenos or savory chili. More of a so-so nachos. A couple of the tacos were really good and would try again as well as some different ones. The seating on stools was not super comfortable. I like the outdoor rooftop dining. Tables were kind of small for many plates making t hard t share with friends. The various salsa were decent but no flavors that blew my mind. No wild chipotle, roasted habenero or jicama, not even a tomatillo salsa. Every salsa was puree which lacks some texture. I'll give them another try and perhaps. The servers were friendly but didn't really take time to upsell or explain dishes in an appetizing way.

This restaurant/hostile is on the very outskirts of the more touristy Casco Viejo. We had our Sr parents with us and they were a little nervous about the area. Once we were inside it is all very well maintained and a nice atmosphere. You make your way to the rooftop via elevator, staff was helpful and friendly once we arrived. We had great service, food/drinks and view. If you are ok with being off the beaten path check it out for sure. Otherwise stay closer to Vasco Viejo.

...which at three for $10 from the diverse menu are great value for money given the location and quality. The pork belly taco was my particular favourite, but all were very good and quick to reach the table. Good drinks, too. Sunset is the perfect time to visit, with the heat of the day giving way to the cooler evening temperatures and the Panama cityscape lighting up before your eyes.
If you're coming from the centre of Casco Antiguo (Av B.), turn right onto Calle 12 Este, heading downhill, and look for the signs indicating Selina on the left a little way down. Go in, head to the elevator round the back of the bar (on the left), take it up to the rooftop on the 6th floor and voila.

We went here for one of our more casual (read: less expensive) meals in Panama City. The food is outstanding yet inexpensive and the vibe and view are amazing. The restaurant is on a rooftop deck with a beautiful view over the lights of Casco Viejo. Highly recommend.

Good food, quality could be better, but good nonetheless. If you go there before 9 PM you get a free entry to the place for a party that develops later on in the night until 2 AM. Good place to go with friends.

We had a really great night on the roof top terrace with amazing cocktails and super tasty Tacos (Panda Café is delicious). It was my birthday at midnight and our amazing barkeeper Amilcar came over with shots and even a cake with fireworks on it!! So much effort without even asking for it. Really cool experience and the world needs more waiters like Amilcar. Can only suggest this place, good food, nice cocktails for Happy Hour, cool music and amazing view

With the help of Trip Advisor we found this small rooftop restaurant and it was excellent. We shared the guacamole first and it was excellent, it was our first guacamole after being in the country for 12 days so that helped too. The 3 tacos for $10 were great and my boyfriend said his pork belly tacos were they best tacos he had ever eaten.

Loved this place! Aldring was the best waiter ever ! Everyone was so friendly but Aldring showed the most care and kindness and truly was so helpful for everything i needed. Such a stand up guy. Also, would come back to Selina over and over. Thank you Aldring!!
