Musafir is a traditional Crimean Tatar kitchen place in down town Kiev. We serve Crimean Tatar soups, traditional meat pastry - chebureki and jantik, steam dumplings - manti and hanuma; meat pies - burma and kobete; grilled menu - shashliki, lula, steaks. We also serve a lot of green tea, and traditional Turkish coffee prepared on hot sand. The design is simple, slightly eastern, the service is great (we hope and we work very hard to make sure). The place is not pretentious, we have free wifi, and pretty democratic prices.

Musafir is a must-try when in Kyiv. We loved our visit here, the staff were very accomodating and the food was fantastic. I cannot remember the official names of the dishes but we had the minced meat dumplings and a beef shish kebab, both of...More

Lovely service, amazing food, great atmosphere. If you are a visitor to Kiev and are unsure where to eat, try this place. The food really tastes home cooked and the restaurant is very clean. We had a very stressful time in Kiev and this place...More

Some of our party found the portions a little small and the drinks menu slightly restricted, but this is a very subjective opinion. The food itself was very good.

Cuisine clearly displays Turkish influence typical for parts of the population in Crimea that belonged to ottoman empire for a long time. I do find their kebabs and pides excellent and to be repeated. No surprise that this place is popular as the service is...More

We ate food for lunch. It was a cosy nice place. The food was delicious and the prices are very good. For us it was not very special since it has our tradionational meals. However overall good place to eat at.

Surely recommend Musafir as one of the best crimean-tatar restaurants in Kyiv. Amazing food, friendly staff and nice music. The prices are ridiculously low for such a delicious food. Our waiter Alim made our visit truly special. Crimea is Ukraine! ♥️

Portions small. Food OK but nothing special. I rented an apartment near this place and owner recommended the restaurant.

Everything at Musafir is always exceptional. Great, authentic Crimerian food! The service is always fast. Very popular restaurant. And, the prices are incredibly low. Amazing value! Be sure to book a table in advance, otherwise you will have to wait in line.

I've visited all the Musafir restaurants in Kyiv, and was always satisfied with the experience and food. But I especially like the newly-opened location at Rohnidynska st. It's contemporary full-glass terrace combined with traditional interior details like carpets and candle holders creates a very lightweight,...More
