Bad service. We asked a bottle of rose wine, I told that it’s the first one in menu in “rose wines”, the waiter bring third one the most expensive. The waiter didn’t tell us that tips 12% are already in the bill, so I gave...tips two times. And nobody told us about this. Wtf. So unprofessional. Never come again.More

After three days in Kiev, I was awestruck by the originality of fusion styles and quality standards of Kiev's top restaurants. Along with NAM, Oxata NA Ovets stood at the top of my list. One has to realize that service in the Ukraine is simply...not great by Asian or Latin American standards. This is not an obsequious culture so subservience does not come easily to Ukranians. However, this restaurant compensates for its mediocre service with astonishingly good food, imaginative and decorative presentation and captivating atmosphere.More

They decide to evade menu part and give me ordered by someone else dish, arguing that by “some of the weighers tell what to deliver me”... As pros they make nice massala tea=) Later(i spend some time with notebook) ordered soup, but after one hour...i still doesn’t get it and leaved to another place-_-More
