The place is great. Really like outside space it’s not overcrowded, calm and cost but with excellent interior. Variety of coffee, different types and flavors, great deserts, not fatty ones but nice and light. Excellent (!) service. It might be a bit pricy for Kiev,...but it worth every penny. Today we stopped there for cup of tea. Overall bill for two cups of tea, coffee with milk (proper one not Starbucks rubbish) and two great desserts was 350 griven. Also it was complimentary glass of bubbly because of cafe’s birthday so great-great service and attention to details!!! Highly recommendedMore

Wide selection of coffee varietis, for real gourmands. Delicious desserts, "Pavlova" and Lemon rolled cake are strictly recommended. Friendly waiters, English-speaking (note for foreigners). Relaxing atmosphere and nice music (Jobim, for instance).

I went in at 3pm on a boiling hot day , 30C. It was as hot inside as outside. They have AC but it’s turned off. The only cold thing in there was the freezing cold expression of the person who greeted me. Not a...flicker of warmth but rather sullen, bored indifference. I ordered 3 truffles, a bottle of sparkling water and an iced coffee with ice cream. The truffles were very nice. The coffee was small with one mini scoop of ice cream, the size of an acorn, bobbing about forlornly on its surface. The sparkling water was almost bath temperature and it cost 6 times as much as in the local supermarket. I know they need to mark prices up but that’s just silly. In the unlikely event that anyone from Kaffa reads this , IM THE ONE PAYING YOUR WAGES. The human element is important.More

Good coffee is hard to come by in Kyiv especially with an aroma kava on every corner but this place was decent and the decor was very interesting too with Assegai and Zulu shields decorating the interior. Will definitely go again.

I am a frequent visitor for at least 10 years, as I work near by. Love the coffee, always order the pot with spices. The quality was satisfying, though not always great, but warm and attentive service balanced those rare cases. Last Sunday we were...passing by and decided to have a cup of good old Kaffa coffee. To say the coffee was bad to say nothing. It was like water in which the pot was washed. When I complained, the drink was replaced with the same tasteless water. I asked for administrator, and faced the same person who made the drink. When I suggested to try what she made, "I will not" was the response, "because I don't like coffee with spices ". When I accused her being barista who can't even try own product, she informed she is not, and there is no need in one as "all the coffees they make same way". Well, long story short, she tried it, but insisted this was the proper quality. Could not agree, as it was my thousand's time in this place and I know the proper taste. I am very very disappointed with the experience and if it goes this way I will not be the only one of the loyal customers switching to a one of the new fashionable and trying harder kaffa competitors, in which there is no lack nowadays. And getting more.More

This coffee place is famous for it's Turkish style coffee served with milk on the side, and the variety of coffee beans offered. Don't (!!!) order cappuccino or latte here, you'll be disappointed to say the least. I love it for it's atmosphere. And because...it's one of the "oldest" coffee shops in Kyiv.More

Although the interior is going for i think an African native hut concept, the menu consists of coffee from around the world. I ordered a traditional kaffa in dark roast. It's an "original blend with the best varieties of arabica" says the internet. I say...good coffee for those who want it strong. Brought my soul back tbh.More
