Perfect place for business lunch

We had lunch with my colleagues here. They have nice choices of business lunches for very affordable prices. We received our orders very quickly. The food was good but looks more like canteen. If you are looking for good, quick and affordable lunch this is perfect chois (price around 4 euros)

I chose the establishment based on reviews and ratings to celebrate my child’s birthday (7 years old). The service was excellent (there were no dirty dishes on the table, they came up several times, they brought a coloring book for the child). The food is quite tasty. I liked the currant liqueur, there is little sugar (this is a big +, usually liqueurs everywhere are sweet to the point of cloying). Prices, including birthday discounts, are low. I think we'll come again.

Perfect waitress

My waitress seemed to know what I wanted, and her selections were spot on. I fell in love with Happy in Bulgaria, but I'm delighted to find them in Ukraine. While the franchise deserves ample praise, their employees are the ones who really carry the banner. I've been to Happy's in Sofia, Plovdiv and Kiev, and have always been impressed by both presentation and quality.

Nice food. We have ordered two ribeye steaks (one from the premium meat, another from the regular one), couple of local craft beers and bottle of vodka. Both of steaks were nice and tasty. Waitress was friendly and relatively attentive. All good is finished here. After the payout we have realized that cheque was incorrect. We have charged for 4 beers instead of 2. Both our steaks were done from premium meat. During the check out we have asked the waitress if tips are included in the bill. She said not. In fact there is a 10% service fee that already included to the bill. I’ve reminded them that we had only two beers and, to be honest, they have tried to refund me but I’ve refused. So my suggestion is to check the bill before the payment. But still it is a nice place with tasty food. One more remark. As it was already mentioned by other reviewers, all waitresses are wearing very short skirts (or shorts). I’m ok with that :) but you should take this into consideration if you are planning to have a dinner with the family.

Excellent place for food and drink

Located opposite the bottom of the funicular, walked in to book a table for the evening and the staff were so polite. Food was absolutely amazing. Really pleased we ate there. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Last Saturday (7 December) me and my girlfriend visited the restaurant. After dinner, we asked for a check and choose the card as a way of payment method. When the staff brought the terminal and I provided a payment, she said that the payment became invalid, because of the paper in the terminal wasted. She brought another terminal and I provided the second payment. However, after the second payment, I checked my bank account and found out, that I paid for our dinner two times. I`ve asked the staff to refund my money, but she claimed, that she is just a cashier and the refund will be possible the next day when the administrator will be at the restaurant. The next day we called and the staff told us, that the refund will be sent from Monday when the bank will work. I`m still waiting for the refund (for 9 days), but there is no information either from the restaurant and bank. The restaurant representatives even didn`t ask for my contact number for providing the updates.

A Great Experience, very cosy atmosphere and well located in Central Kiev. Amazing food, Guacamole was delicious and the Rib Eye steak was perfect. But best of all faultless service by the girls and the manager. Even to calling a taxi and taking me to it. I will be back, a Wonderful Experience.

Very friendly bar, great service, and the food was very good, we both had rib-eye steaks which were cooked perfectly and the grilled vegetables were lovely too, nice choice of cocktails, left full and happy with the bill, we were so pleased we went back the next night ! Thank you HGB

Nice place & great service

I would recommend this place,as i visited first time with friends. It was great experience,we were really happy with everything. The burgers were very tasty and nothing to say about the beer seats wich was amazing. Will not forget the great service from Lena,she was very friendly and attentive all the time . Just should be little music in the terrace outside to not hear the conversations of other costumers. Definitely will comback again . Thank u.

Would recommend eating here. The food is good and reasonably priced. The only poor thing was the service. The staff seemed uninterested and it took quite long for the food te be delivered.

This restaurant offers good steak also local Ukrainian foods. If you want to binge, there are a lot of variants to choose from but we settled for 2 sets of beer for tasting😅 A glass of cocktail is being offerred to ladies after 9pm 😆

Good value in a very popular neighbourhood

Struggled to find somewhere in the area which had space and was a reasonable price. Ended up here and very pleased we were. Friendly staff and good food at sensible prices. Beer also tasty and good value.

I was hoping to have a real American sport bar experience

Food wise, stick to burgers not so bad... my suggestion don’t go for steaks!! Not worth it!! I feel like there’s a lack of service, I don’t want to say that is extremely bad. But this place it’s really far to be like a sport bar in America. I asked the server if There was a chance to switch the tv to see the Wimbledon final instead of a boring local Amateur soccer match ... the answer no we can’t! Ha!! What in the world this people think ??? A world wide sport event is not worth to them ..! Shameful to say that if you are in any sport bar around the world! But it is what it is ! Close to be hooters in America because the girls dress Like that, not way!!!
