my dad is from ukraine we come to visit very year in kyiv and me and my family went there i it is really beatifull and i loved the food and the view was soo pretty and the service was really good and not that...expensive and it was worth it! and if your plaing to visit in the futcher i recomend this place!More

Great music and ambiance! Congrats to the DJ!! Very nice view, drinks were fantastic even if it took them forever to bring them. Service needs improvement (a lot!) since you have to “hunt” a waiter for service which is not comfortable at all and kinda...“kills” the mood, otherwise totally worth visiting!! I also suggest to broaden the appetizers/snacks options because you either have a whole meal or hummus... it is always nice to have appetizers while enjoying a drink.More

The place is the top! The food is delicious, the view is awesome, but the "thing" of this place is their bar and its workers. We were hosted by Alexey and he made our evening unforgettable! He's very polite and professional, but more important -...he's really keen on his job and strives to make people happy. He asked about my preferences, suggested me drinks, guided me and pointed to the better options. Thanks to him we enjoyed our visit to the fullest. I am writing to reveal my mixed experience during the evening I had in your restaurant ”11M” where I was at February this year. We were assured that service is the faultless, but it wasn’t such. There were no stuck with reservation and when we...arrived, we were pleased about location and interior. The pretty look girl with the admirable name Luibov(Love literally) and charm voice met us and took us to the table. At first glance what could be better than that evening? Instead of this the service was slow and we had to wait for about quarter an hour before we could order. Furthermore, your staff was impolite. The waiter appeared very irritated. He stared at us like the speed of order was too inappropriate for him (it's nothing, I know). During our waiting (which was surprising to me) above-mentioned girl Love asked us about our impressions and wanted to know whether we were happy with their place (I'm calling it pure client-focusing). You’ll not expecting, but as I know latter, she’s a hostess there. Perfect, simply perfect. Food tasty, wine good, like it must be in this price segment. Before left we witnessed the scene where some middle-aged woman (maybe executive there), speak loudly and without any attention to guests about some working stuff to their employees (I don’t fell sure, its professional feature in Ukraine?) The supervisor didn’t pay any attention to our complaints and denied our claim. As you can see, we couldn’t fully enjoy our party, it was spoilt. I love boutique hotels, they are always cozy, there is a lot of attention from the staff and this is a hotel, one of the founders of which is boxer Klitschko. My Fiancé and I were in my visiting my Birthplace, Kyiv, and we decided to give this rooftop bar a try, because of the rooftop view of the city and availability of local cuisine. It was rated as 14th best restaurant in Kyiv at the...time. In the end, this outfit turned out to be not just really amazing, but probably the best fine-dining experience we ever had. The Cocktails were incredible. The staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly (Our server was a friendly young man named Anar). The food was delicious no matter what we ordered (both local and international contemporary cuisine). The view of the city was excellent. Value for money was great. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Kyiv.More

Decided to go for a dinner in that restaurant and thats was the best decision we ever made. The restaurant located in the city center and with a wonderful view on the city 👌 the place is designed well and on high level. BEST SERVICE...I EVER HAD. Waiter (Nikolay) was very kind, explained everything with all the details about every single thing in the menu. We got couple of small dishes on the house. Every dish here is just wonderful. Recommend this place and i could rate more than 5 stars i would do. Defenetly going back.More
