Very nice burger, good price too , offer gloves and bibs to stop messy hands and tips which is albeit a little strange but a nice touch I suppose

Not sure where this company is based, but I really appreciated seeing the pictures of American presidents eating the burgers with quotes on the wall. Also the burger names were fun! Food was good and staff was friendly to this solo English speaking traveler.

These are the best hamburgers I have had in Kyiv. 99% of all other hamburger places are NO GOOD. The meat is very important, and this place use good meat. Chuck without Big pieces of fat. I come from USA, and my family raises Beef...for Americans, so I understand what a decent piece of beef tastes like. This is the only place that I would eat a hamburger after testing almost all hamburger places in Kyiv. They NEED to Season the meat, is the only complaint I have. Salt, pepper, & garlic salt. Very very slow serving. They don’t serve sodas cold. I hate any restaurant serving coke not cold enough.

A complete and utter joke. Beverages arrived after the burgers (15minutes). Every time we asked for our drinks they told us “in one minute”. For a beer and an orange juice? Food was mediocre. To top it all off they presented us with a check,...handwritten on top “tips are not included in check”More

We walked 15 minutes to get here for breakfast because it is listed on trip advisor under BREAKFAST search. There are only 2 items on the menu for breakfast - pancakes or eggs - omlette or scrambled. I don't think this is what most people...would expect if they go to a place for breakfast!! Such a limited choice. I think it should be more clear on the description that it is a burger and hot dog place with an extremely limited 2 item breakfast menu. This will avoid travellers wasting their time coming here with an expectation of a breakfast menu.More

Small and very busy burger joint, menu is available in English and staff were very helpful. I recommend the Camembert burger, only criticism is food was warm and not as hot as I would like.

This isn’t your bog standard burger and hot dog place. It’s more than that, as I live in the UK this place offers good quality, fresh burgers and hot dogs for very reasonable prices. The service as well was impeccable, we got a check back...and the food was all hot and came out very quickly. The servers are friendly and speak very good English. There’s a lot of options to choose from with plenty of starters too. There’s a wide variety of drinks ranging from fruit juice, hot beverages, spirits and beers. It’s a perfect location, right on the main shopping street in Kiev, literally just a two minute walk from independence square. I would come here again and again and again!!More

Our visit to Mr Grill was a really good one and we were truly satisfied with the superbly crafted burgers stuffed full of flavour and filling. The Camembert burger was very well-received whilst the classic double stack was extremely tasty, accompanied by tasty, crisp fries...and excellent aioli sauce. The disappointment at Mr Grill lay in the delivery and service of our food and drinks. We barely had any positive interaction with our waitress, eye-contact and the advertised appetiser of ‘Asparagus’ is actually basically a small pot full of green beans. This might just be an English translation but it’s well off the mark as vegetable quality control goes! All is all, we had great burgers. Both were hearty, juicy and plentiful. Our service left much to be desired, though.More
