Meals are overpriced. And no service is provided. You have to go in and order. You do not get dishes, just plastic... Same as any fast food stand but 3x price.

Actually looks very nice from land,but when you enter your whole experience changes. Outside tables are filthy and neglected and 4 persons can barely fit in.We have waited more than 15 minutes for waiter to take our order just for drinks,and then 15 more to...serve us.We lost our appetites thinking how long would we have to wait for food.More

We spent three days in Belgrade and ate here twice we enjoyed it so much. Vodenica is a family run restaurant and very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant has an amazing location, at the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers and is a perfect...spot to enjoy an evening. Food is fresh using local ingredients, lots of information given about dishes. My husband had catfish and carp and loved both. As a vegetarian, I would usually avoid a fish restaurant, but it was no problem here, a super meal of grilled vegetables and a Serbian grilled cheese were recommended. The wine was also excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed both our evenings here and would highly recommend it.More

Happened across this very nice restaurant while strolling along the river on a visit to Belgrade. To begin with, a lovely location, on a quiet stretch on the river. Lots of tables outside right on the water, to watch the river roll by. Good wine...and fish chowder and a delicious grilled trout. Three glasses of wine, a bottle of water and those two dishes came to about 20 euros, including tip. The place seems to specialize in fresh, grilled fish, though there are other seafood and non-seafood items on the menu. The restaurant isn't as fancy as some other places along the river, but the lovely spot, great food and very comfortable outdoor tables right on the water make it a place I'll return to if ever back in Belgrade. Nice, cosy, not expensive. Like to go with friends. Try fish soup with serbian bread. You will like it.

Restaurant Vodenica is a nice boat-restaurant near the long promenade along Sava river and few hundred meters from delta of Sava river to Danube. During sunny days you could sit and eat on the coast, if you want to avoid sea sickness :) My little...ritual is to eat great fish soup, almost every time I walk through this part of Belgrade. Also, I could recommend "smuđ orli" (zander orly) and nice salads they serve with it. Anyway, it's a bit expensive place, so it's the only minus I could find. They could improve their toilets, but - it's understandable that it's a old boat toilet, not something from Roman Abramovic yacht :)More

The location could not be any better: on a boat right at the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers and within walking distance of Kalamegdan. If the weather permits you can sit outside and see the fish jumping in the river. The food is...good with large protions, service is atttentive, prices are accptable. Not all fish they have on the menu will always be available, but that;s just a good sign: all fish is very fresh. Most fish is from the river: catfish, perch, carp, trout. Certainly worth a visit.More

On the very intersection of Sava and Danube, you eat the river fish in its most delicious form. I like so much their catfish that I haven't ordered something else yet! Don't miss the sunset, it is really beautiful.

Interesting set up, located on a raft that is docked down by the Sava River. Really good fresh fish on the menu here. The Octopus is a standout. The service was excellent.

A very fun place and the owner is wonderful. Great fish, great wine, and excellent rakija to try. Ask for the house special, Jabuka! Kind of a whole in the wall, or river, but well established and everything tastes great. We are regulars, so we'll...surely be back!More
