Naja is a traditional Serbian restaurant in a pedestrianised street just off the main square in Zemun. It was still warm enough for us to have our Sunday lunch outside under the awnings. The inside of the restaurant looked good too. The food is traditional Serbian. We knew that portions wouldm be generaous and so shared two starters and a main course: tomatoes with cheese, hot roast peppers in oil and veal cooked under a sač with potatoes. All delicious. Service was good. We arrived without a reservation and had no problem getting a table.

Food is amazing and also service. If you wanna try serbian traditional food just come. Interior design is very cozy and also restaurant is very hygienic.

The food is extraordinary, nice interior and very hospitable stuff. If you want to eat real traditional Serbian grill and meals, this restaurant is right choice.

I'd like to recommend this high quality local food restaurant in the heart of Zemun. Having visited this venue with my broader family, we all enjoyed the food so much that some of us even returned the next day to try out more of what we weren't able to eat the day before :))

I had the chicken filet. The order came really quick and the meat was really soft and tasty. The staff is very polite and the atmosphere is cozy. I would highly recommend this place and will sure be coming back for another meal.

I was with my family in this cosy restaurant and I must say that I'm delighted. By far best serbian grill I have eaten, ever. If you are in Belgrade, I highly recommend this place.

Having cycled from central Belgrade to Zemun and wandered around charming old streets, Naja's location and offer was highly welcome. The dishes on offer are typical and tasty Serbian recipes and you won't be disappointed with this local fare which is better value than the riverside and city centre restaurants.

The soup ok, but unduly big... just to be thrown away. Chicken liver completely under-cooked (blood was on the plate). "Tarator" salad completely tasteless... no onion at all.

In my opinion best barbecue in Zemun. A traditional Serbian restaurant with lots of meat. On a sunny day they sometimes bring a cauldron in front of it and cook „svadbarski kupus“ (wedding cabbage)... Good food, great experience!

Old style Restaurant in pedestrian area in old city of Zemun (Belgrade municipal).
Nice gourmet restaurant with traditional home made kitchen.
Special recommendation:domestic chicken soup with noodles and Beef burger with onion.
Curiosity of this restaurant: free Serbian bean soup every Friday.
