The place was pretty packed, but the service was fast and the line moved swiftly. While not the best ice cream I've ever had (as the person a few reviews down thought), it was a nice refresher on a hot summer's day. After shopping at the mall, I dropped in here for what I thought was raspberry gelato but instead it was raspberry ice cream. I had a single scoop in a cup and asked them not to bother putting it in the box packaging the cup...normally sits in. This boxboard “icebox“ is cute and part of their branding but feels like unnecessary packaging. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and a wonderful deep raspberry color. However the flavour was not as strong as I was expecting because I was expecting gelato. For ice cream it is tasty and on a hot day is a nice treat.More
The frozen yoghurt is drastically better than ice cream. The ice cream is solid, but for the same price you can get a Gelato with different imaginative flavors.
The ice cream was very very good, which I learned later was a typical thing for ice cream places all over Serbia. But the staff was not very friendly. My girlfriend and I were the only two people in the store and even though there...were five members of staff behind the counter no one seemed very eager to help us. Then when we ordered (after a very short while) they almost seemed a little annoyed with us. But the lady in the register was nice and I was pleasantly surprised about how flavorful the ice cream was.More
First time in shop like this, so stuff had to explain everything. They were so polite. Choice is great. You choose ice cream of frozen yoghurt, size and toppings. So many fruit, jams and pieces of chocolate bars.
My friends and I went here in May this year. This place has a lot of ice-cream flavors and many sides to add :) It was not crowded and service was fast and polite. Ice cream was nice, but nothing SO SPECIAL..It makes me think...that you're paying more for location, and name of the place then the real value of the ice-cream. Not bad but nothing special.More
Almost every day for a week we visited this lovely icecream shop. Wonderful, creamy and tasty, strong flavors. Yogurt was the favourite.
I was really expecting more out of this icecream. It is not tasty at all and it is a bit expensive. Also the service was not great. The girl was really confused when I asked about vegan options 😳 so, I am not recomending this

The ice cream flavors are amazing! My favorite ones are black chocolate and raspberry. They are made natural and you can taste it!
It was very hot and we wanted ice cream, icebox was just around the corner and we had ice cream. What a suprise, very tasty. We visited again the other day. Pistacchio, yogurt and coconut were very good.
before leaving Belgrade , we were told that Plazma flavor is a must try! In fact like lotus and oreo, it is a kind of biscuit and IceBox mastered the ice cream flavor!
We absolutely loved the ice cream and the frozen yogurt we bought in this place. It had a very intense and natural taste. The variety of toppings is also good.
