Mixed feelings about this place. Cabaret is great fun, professional dancers and musicians. Food and drinks of good quality. Main fault here is staff. On entrance you must pass young lady which looks furiously and she will take a look at you bottoms up and...decide where you will be seated. Not wellcoming at all and I do not understand the point of having such cold and unwellcoming reception. Waiters are teribble, did not get single order correct, entree came with one main dish while the other was forgoten and brought much later. There were flies in one of the glasses which were spoted upon waiter pouring the water but he did not bother to bring or even offer new bottle although one full glass of water (quarter of bottle) was for garbage because of the flies. So, the service is bad for the price paid. Cabaret is good and worth visiting just be aware and do not expect high service standards. This place needs managment and staff improvement in order to have wow effect.More

We have been at the bar to have a couple of drinks. Barkeeper tried to overcharge us heavily. Maybe it was an isolated case, but seems foreigners are regarded as cash cows. very disappointed, since in other restaurants, upscale or not, people are friendly and...honestMore

Wish I could say I spent evening here. Unfortunately, something that never happened in my life happened last night. Booked table for me and friend at the beginning of week. Was dressed smart but due to problem with my knee had flip flops, they were...silvery and glittery, kind you put on to go out. I was never told when I booked table, that I had to have closed shoes, or that there was any kind of dress code for that matter. I have messages from my booking to prove this. We arrived earlier and before start of show sat outside, on balcony and had drinks. Spent 50 euros on them. When the time came to go inside I was very rudely stopped on the door by bouncer and not let in due to way “I was dressed” I am 57 year old woman, with university degree and not a tramp. Both me and my friend live in different countries and this was our special evening out, that was planned weeks in advance. This completely ruined our night. Bouncer on the door was extremely rude and threatening. I was never offended and hurt like this in my entire life. “Well done Lafayette” On second thoughts, very pleased not to spend any more money in your establishment, last night or ever again.More

Never ever step foot in this place. It is the most disgusting, racist place I have ever travelled to. Never been treated the way we were.

I came here solo, on May 16, 2021, for lunch. I was attracted by the retractable rooftop outside in the patio, that can make it sunny or shady. In this case it was shady, and after walking up and down the promenade in the sunshine,...I needed the shade. I also liked the small palm trees in flower pots. A nice detail, like being on the Adriatic or Mediterranean. Very polite and professional waiters, both men and women. Good and fast service. I had the tortelini (pasta) with turkey breast, some sort of gravy or stuffing, and some kind of a green salad. Creamy, delicious, tasty. The portion could have been a bit larger, but with the dessert it was OK. The dessert was so beautiful! I have never seen such a nice and colorful dessert in Belgrade... I picked the last one, I think it's called Summer Dream. But if you choose the chocolate nest, that one is good for two people - like a huge chocolate egg that is cracked open by the waiter, and inside you see something that looks like a sunny-side-up egg, but is not - it's a dessert so it is sweet, but it was just visually arranged to look like that. I saw some people had that one on the table next to me, and it looked awesome! So, the food was excellent - very nicely presented and arranged, and very tasty. As for Covid measures, all waiters and waitresses had masks on. Also, there were sanitizing spray bottles on the tables. The space between tables is ok. There were no single-use menus, honestly I did not see that in Belgrade very often, but you can sanitize your hands after perusing the menu. The toilets looked very clean. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the view of the river and two Usce towers in the background, watching people passing by, I loved the meal and the dessert. Will definitely come here again, at least for the chocolate nest! Prices are a bit high for Serbian standards, but this is expected of restaurants in such a location. Note that the closer you get to the Belgrade Waterfront, the prices will get more expensive. So I would say mid-range to a bit high, but not rooftop high.More

On a beautiful sunny day walked in and seated on outside patio. Lounge itself is beautiful as it can be. Loved the Glassware , especially wine glasses did not dine or drunk wine but seemed like Spigelau Bordeaux 26 oz glass on each table which...was impressive. Regarding glasses whole restaurant was messed up. Position outside on patio were correct water glass on top of the knife and wine glass infront going to center. Inside of the restaurant tables were set opposite. Looks very bad for the restaurant like this one. Any way we were seated and waited 10 min to be greated. Such a shame. Whit many waiters passing by and no one acknowledging to even say , Hey how are you today? Please remain seated someone will be right with you. Just a shame... After we ordered some espresso and water we requested some ice we never got it so do complimentary cookies. Noticed few tables that can accommodate 4 people they were seated with 2 people having a lunch. I was shocked when i saw that staff is not removing extra Glassware or Silverware. If you seat in any decent restaurant thats the first thing should be done. Especially with Covid now , any way i was shocked. Table across me ordered multiple dishes and when the food came to the table they could not fit all plates and the servers still don't touch extra Silverware or Glassware. Like they are clueless about hospitality. Can you imagine that particular table if they have Covid and they sneeze next customers if decide to dine or have a glass of wine will get sick? Overall place has great potential, beautiful wine list and food menu but lack of hospitality. Message for the owner : Instead of hiring model looking managers, hire someone who knows how to run restaurant business and you can reach top. Like this anyone who knows a little or been to any nice restaurant will be very disappointed.More

Bad service! We waited a lot to be served and when the drinks finally came were just thrown on the table, no water, no spoon for the hot chocolate, no spices in the mould wine, plus we had to wait a long time even to...get the bill. The table next door was upset also as they even forgot their order as waiters shift was change and they were completely clueless. Very nice place by the river so too bad because of the service.More
