These guys were fantastic handling 10 people from all different countries. Great lamb dishes and salads and deserts Extraordinary service including splitting bills. A truly memorable first and not so expensive
I went with my friend, not the first time we were there or that we ordered Aperol spritz. (We are used to good Aperol’s since its a classic and we tried them around Europe.) Now you need to understand that we know our drinks, and...this one was awful. We got our drinks fast but, we immediately noticed they were not sparkling as they should be and the waiter was really not nice. The drinks were flat, and like they were made out of cheep wine from a box and flat ‘sparkling’ water. The waiter was really defensive when we brought this up, and he even said that “maybe we are not in a mood”. That was offensive. This is the last time i will go here. I was staying at a hotel just up the road and they recommend maximilians .as soon as I walk in I could see how popular it was with the locals it was10pm and was still packed . The hotel resturant closed at 9pm so it...was perfect .I wasn't to Hungary so I just ordered a beer and a burger but wow it was huge . The beer and burger cost me less than $10AU and was great . Very good restaurant with nice atmosphere, rich and interesting menu. Quite ok if you just come for a drink or coffee. Still the biggest issue being not enough available parking space nearby.
Went for lunch and had the goat cheese appetizer and veal entree. Both amazing . Large portions. Can't wait to go again
Food is very good, very tasty. You should try Chicken in the parmesan crust and alfredo sauce... Yum! We were visiting as a family with a 9-month baby. I must say that place is not baby friendly (there is no place in the toilet to...change diapers and it is kind of fancy). However, it is a great spot for couples or friends to have a dinner.More

In banovo Brdo I find it the best restaurant. It is up on the hill and it is great place to eat. Fresh food
This concept of overly friendly waiters who kept interrupting us and thanking us whenever they would approach the table was quite annoying. I had vegetable turkey in teriyaki sauce that was too strong, without any rice or a side that would compliment the dish. No...lemon in my coke (a big minus). It would have been great if the dining area was separated from the caffe area- girls gossiping over a cappuccino were distracting, as was quite loud music. It is a new place, so I will go easy on them: the dishes and silverware were new, superclean and very fancy, the prices too, the visual effect of the food was great, all in good coordination with the interior. I think they need to decide whether they wish to be a fine dining restaurant or a coffe place, both don't seem to work. Also they should maybe decide to create a logical menu, this one is eclectic and doesn't send the message what their orientation is.More
