Let me say expect a wait and that is not a complaint. They come to your car to take the order and there is always a crowd. That says something, it is locals and out of towners. The food is simple and that is not...a bad thing. The burgers are so good and the shakes are always spot on. Enjoyed Belews in the late 80’s and early 90’s and still enjoy it today!!!!More

Some locals had recommended this stop for us, so the family and I headed over to an extremely packed parking lot. The wait was not long for the crowd there, and the staff was as friendly as could be. Our Vrbo was not far away,...so we took the meals home and everyone enjoyed the burgers. The fries were the wavy ones, we don't like those as much, but they were still good.More

Stopped by here after spending the day at LBL and was not disappointed. My family ordered and got our food quickly. We were about done eating and they came to check on us so we ordered shakes. They came quick and even though they over...charged us they fixed it quick and the shakes were so good. Will definitely be making another tripMore

We spend a lot of time during the summer at Kentucky Lake. After spending the day on the lake, Belew's completes my day!

This is well worth the wait!! The staff is very friendly. It came highly recommended from locals at Turkey Bay and they were right. The chocolate milkshake and the cheeseburgers were delicious!! Can't wait until next season when they re-open.

They do it the old fashion way. When stopping, doing a little conversation they were all ready at our car door window to take our order. You can eat there or in your car with the old fashion tray attached to your window. Very good...hamburger. Fries on the small sideMore

We were out riding around the lake area. I remembered we were near Belew’s. My wife had never been. We stopped for milkshakes. Without a doubt the best real shake I’ve had in years. Even though they were busy,we got our shakes quickly. If you...are in the take some time and stop. You will not be disappointed. Just remember to bring cash.More

This place is always busy when we drive by. We finally tried it on this trip to Kentucky. It did not disappoint. Delicious hamburgers and wonderful ice cream. Old fashioned type of place. Not too many of these places left!

This is one of our favorite spots to eat at. Best burgers and milkshakes around! Great place to visit if your around the lakes area.

The experience is unique and was fun for the family! We fed a family of 5 for less than $20 including tipping the girl who served us in our vehicle. There is nothing fancy going on here, but they are good at what they do....Delicious burgers and shakes! We will be back!More

Yes they are closed for the season. They open one weekend in October for their fall festival there.
