This was the only thing above my expectations in Bucharest. A nice place with great staff who know how to do the proper job. Excellent food and wine. A winning price/quality ratio. I would definitely come back.

I experienced Romanian food based on last century receipt, combined with proper Romanian wines, accompanied by a history lesson of food and drinks.

Very nice restaurant with atmosphere of 30-40 years ago. (I guess) The food was excellent and the size of the plates/portions good. We tried also the bear! Nice taste but can't compare it with something since it was the first time. Excellent service from staff and very good knowledge in wines. They also know how to serve it! The prices... More

The atmosphere tries to be elegant, but it is a bit cheap. Nothing special about the restaurant, the prices are OK for the food quantities.

A real good Romanian restaurant. Though they also serve Mediterranean cuisine, their real strength is in traditional Romanian dishes. They even serve bear! Actually, whatever you choose, you can't get wrong. Quite elegant dining room atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff with very good English language skills and moderate prices (if it was a central European city, I would say... More

We came back to Rossetya after more than one year. In the past we were here maybe ten times. The place was refurbished, and all the rest is still in place. Good food, good service, good music from the 30's. OK, nothing is perfect. The mashed beans on the Monastic Dish was too salty, the excellent Corcova Cabernet was the... More

We were a larger group of friends celebrating my bday. For this we talked with the manager that prepared us a special menu that delighted my friends: 1) starter with 2 types of cooked fish: trout with Grenoblaise and Salmon with Martini, 2) main course 2 type of meat: bear medallion and duck leg 3) and finally a desert: wild... I was in this restaurant 3 times in the last two weeks. Every time the food was excellent. Also the wine was excellent, there are a lot of sorts. Not so many sorts of beer. So, good for wine and feed, especially beef.
