The dining area is both cosy and sofisticated, the food very, very good. We had octopus, duck and John Dory fish respectively. We all thought it was among the best we've ever had. We strongly recommend Noeme.

It was a wonderful experience! Color (both the location and the plates), texture, mix of flavors, fine dining but in a way that does not make you feel overwhelemed or that you don't belong there, quite the oposite. A small family business whose history we...really loved hearing, super professional but with a personal touch and treat that makes great difference. Bucharest in general has some great high class restaurants but most tend to be overpriced and treat you like they do you a favor. Not this case here. Also, my partner and I went quite a few Michelin star restaurants in the past 5 years and Noeme would easily deserve the qualification. I loved most the beetroot gnochi and the pate choux, the selection of local Romanian wines always a great suprise. We will be back in no time for when the menu changes ( every 3 months or so) to try new dishes from those great hands. Thank you again Noeme!More

Great culinary experience in Bucharest, not far from the city centre. Local drinks and ingredients with minute attention to presentation. You’re in for a treat if you appreciate fine dining. I’ve dealt like tasting Michelin star’ food

Following some exciting feedbacks we've decided to try Noeme and the experience has been super positive. Staff very friendly and professional, but with a ''familiar'' attitude as we like. The menu results quite short with a choice of few appetizers and not many more main...dishes but it very well match the concept of changing the menu every three months and as we say, better to have a short excellent menu that a book of choices of average quality. High quality local ingredients and a wize combination of tastes will accompany this dining experience. For sure in our top five list of restaurants in Bucharest!More

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate with delicious food and great vibe. The staff was friendly and communicative, and we really appreciated the work and the dedication of this family business. A truly unique fine dining experience with delicious food, outstanding presentation and...it is also vegetarian friendly. Their story teller will charm you with beautiful captivating stories about the country, the family business, wine, culture and so much more while waiting for the food. It was a very personal and much needed experience, we recommend!More

Visited this restaurant early in the afternoon for diner. The interior design, the ambiance of the place, and the music took this experience to another level. The food was exceptional. The lady that served our food was more than kind and helpful with how we...should combine our meals with the wine. The prices were reasonable, considering what was being offered. Would definitely visit this establishment again.More

Visited early in the eve and to begin with were the only guests. The standard of service didn’t let up throughout a very relaxed, sumptuous meal from this brilliant establishment. Quality Romanian wine (expertly presented by our server), three great, thought provoking courses (the ice...cream in the starters won’t be to everyone’s taste, but we’re still discussing it two days later). Brilliant food all round. The decor and atmosphere is lovely for a relaxed, refined experience. Totally recommend, don’t miss it.More

Amazing place, the food was incredible and staff really friendly. The place has an outdoor terrace which is great for summer but I’ll recommend going indoors, the place is so nicely decorated. The food was so well presented, steak was perfectly cooked and the lady...who served us was really friendly, we ended up talking about stuff for 5-10 minutes at the end. Fantastic experience overall.More

This place is different from other restaurants in the city, it has a special atmosphere. In other similar places it looks like they haven’t even heard of "the customer is the boss", but here it's different. The service was impeccable, the waitress provided many interesting...details about the food, how it was prepared ... and not only. She also made the right recommendations for dishes and wines pairing. The explosive combination of flavors has remained for a long time. The next morning we even delayed breakfast, remembering the incredible tastes. The duck leg was fabulous, crispy and well flavored, with the red cabbage and mustard sauce completing the "revolution of tastes". They could have brought the whole duck! Potatoes are not usually our first choice among seafood garnishes, but this one was a real hit. The grilled octopus was a hit by itself, soft and crumbly, but the potatoes ... yellow and purple potatoes, cut into thin layers and the whole one was incredibly tasty! The deserts (mousse with mango and strawberry tart) were also very special. Sweet enough, but not excessively, just to cover the taste of the previous dishes. The only food that did not live up to expectations was the chicken liver pate accompanied by homemade paprika and pumpkin jams. It was quite good, just like home, but ... who goes to fine dining to eat just like home? We are confident that the chef will find a way to improve/reinvent the taste of it. When they first brought the two jams (delicious though) it looked like a promising one but the pate needs more work. The other starter, the garden's salad was excellent with a fine touch given by the pickled quail eggs. In the end, a small suggestion, the waiting time between the dishes seemed a bit long (20 minutes). These intervals could be filled with all sorts of surprises, like in fine dining restaurants abroad. Maybe an amuse-bouche at the beginning or some small "unexpected" tastings between the dishes? Nevertheless, we spent 2 wonderful hours at Noeme and this restaurant definitely deserves the best score.More
