With a history of more than 130 years, Caru’ Cu Bere is the symbol of the Bucharest Old Town and of the Romanian cuisine. Ask to real Romanians and they will probably suggest you to come here to try the real local cuisine. You can’t...More

Dear Guest, thank you for writing such a kind review on our Trip Advisor page. We are waiting you again in the oldest brewery in town to enjoy again our special Romanian dishes. Kind Regards!

Make sure you book a table in advance ! You won't be disappointed ! Large menu to choose from and great wine selection. We had dinner on a Tuesday night and they had traditional romanian dancing while we ate. Friendly staff.

The location and decor is so beautiful! I’d just go for a quick drink to see it but wouldn’t recommend staying long because the food was average and the service was below average.

Very good location to meet foreign partners. The ambience is very nice and the food is very tasty. Try the pork knuckle, it is one of the best in town.

It was a fun night with a large group. The entertainment provided was actually pretty good. I don't think anybody goes there for the food though ...

Restaurant deserves to be visited not for its own historical place, but also their tasty food and good service and fantastic atmosphere. They serve their food along with their local music ceremony which is performed in each 30 min interval at every evening. I have...More

What a wonderful place to stop and have a meal. The building and decorations are amazing. It can get pretty busy so it is better to make a reservation. Food quality is above average.

I agree with the others, must be seen! We just went for drinks so I can’t comment on dinner, but the inside is very beautiful, definitely worth a visit. I would suggest making reservations if you decide to go.
