I visited here with a large party of my colleagues on a recent work trip to Bucharest. Having heard good things we decided to book a table. We were shown to a large table which accommodated us all, the bar is quirky décor with a really nice vibe. Staff were friendly but bar service was a little slow. The food was fantastic, I ordered prawns with a side of asparagus and potatoes which were delicious and good portions. The roof top area is very small and limited to see much but it does have a nice vibe, we had visited Linea before NoMad so may be why I thought this. I would definitely recommend a visit for good food.

Sky bar on the second floor. When you first think of sky bar you think it’s probably on last floor of a building .
the ambience is good and the cocktails are good but it’s still very expensive and the food is very average quality .
The waiters are not very friendly And are pushing you to leave tables fast

Me and my friends were there last night. Even though the service was a slower than the last time, the food was good (we all had burgers), excluding the fact that we did not get enough fries on the side and had to get extras, the latte was fire and the staff was friendly. I would honestly love the restaurant to give you the option to add something extra in your burger, such as extra bacon, cheese or an egg (in our case) which is possible in other places. Other than that, the place is lit, in terms of the decor. We love the bar area, it gives you an American vibe. Will definitely come back.

I booked a table for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday to have a special, memorable meal on our trip to Bucharest. On arrival to the almost empty restaurant the staff said my booking had been cancelled and that they were fully booked, despite me receiving a booking confirmation message “Thank you . Richard! Your reservation is complete”. The staff were incredibly rude and showed no compassion or empathy at all. We were told we could sit outside on a bar stool clearly intended for drinks only, with no table service. We explained we wanted a nice meal with bottle of wine and that the restaurant was almost empty. I know the bookings are 3 hours long (because I booked!) and that we would have had ample time before the booking arrived. However, we were told we couldn’t stay.
Avoid at all costs, incredibly rude staff and shocking experience overall. My girlfriend was in tears after we left. This ruined the trip and her special birthday celebration. Disgusting.

I made a telephone reservation and explicitly requested a table on the terrace. When I got there I waited 15 minutes at the entrance until a hostess came to greet me and told me I could sit at a bar table facing the wall. Considering that we were 5 people, I didn't think it was okay to stay in line, next to each other. The place is very nice, but unfortunately I had a bad experience.

Disappointing and wouldn’t recommend. Firstly let me start with a positive, the food was tasty. However If you’re going for dinner with friends the music is extremely loud so talking to each other is difficult. The service was absolutely terrible. The waiter got our order wrong after checking it twice then proceeded to blame one of our friends. He wouldn’t take the order back to correct without saying they were going to charge for an extra meal. We couldn’t split the bill which is unheard of in every restaurant we had been in, in Bucharest so one person had to pay for the whole dinner experience of over £100. Overall a really negative experience. Go to Linea closer to the moon, perfect food perfect service.

Nicely decorated & very lively restaurant. We went there for dinner on Monday around 7, restaurant was busy & there was DJ playing music. Enjoyed the vibe & loved the food. We had Sea bass, Pita rolls with Hummus & Kofta. Food was very delicious, service was good too. I recommend this restaurant.

The staff in Nomad Skybar are the rudest hospitality staff I have ever encountered in my whole life. We booked a table for 7.30pm, to which we arrived 5 minutes early. We were told “No reservation sorry” After being told we couldn’t take our table, we asked to speak to a manager, and waited at the door. The hostess then walked to the bar and conversed with her colleagues while pointing at us. We waited for ten minutes to speak to a member of staff, but were ignored by them all. A bouncer then told us we couldn’t sit down and asked us to leave. The customer service in this bar is absolutely horrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this bar to my worst enemy. We felt very unwelcome. Do yourself a favour and go to a bar where the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Well. We had read many reviews before visiting and being one of only a few Skybars in Bucharest we did attempt to register a booking in each as we check in the day before.
Normad was, to be fair the only bar which confirmed our booking so we followed this through.
So. Don’t expect any more than arriving at a pub in the uk for a meal which you haven’t booked at. It’s no more than a pub several floors up and it’s a skybar only because it’s on the top floor of the building.
The main area you arrive at is a big looking pub with a couple of bars. Food was surprisingly very nice and couldn’t be faulted. Excellent.
We had a mains course each (2 of us). A shared mains and a bottle of wine for what was £105 soju can’t complain.
The roof bar (open air) was lively. Busy with a great vibe but bit an area not to eat, drinking only
You enter via a lift which wasn’t particularly inviting but none the less you are shown into it.
On arrival to the first floor the young lady who greeted us was somewhat annoyed that we had actually booked and had to therefore show us to a table and actually do some work !!!. (Not got her name but about 18. Dark hair in a bun. White shirt) she spent most the evening on her mobile phone both texting and talking and seemed quite obvious she really didn’t want to be there. Absolutely no customer service at all !
Our waitress (real apology for not remembering her name) was however the complete opposite very good customer service and pleased to service us. (I guess that’s why she is in the job).
Overall. The reviews we read didn’t really hold up. Lovely place but don’t expect a view over Bucharest (it’s not tall enough). Food lovely. Service lovely. Reception a little frosty but we would return with less expectations than the first visit.

It’s worth a visit! Nice cocktail list. Chill atmosphere and stylish decor. I took lots of pictures there. If only they would improve customer service it would be perfect! I might buy more drinks if they would chat with me just a little bit/ask me if I want more/even recommend something, since I am there alone sitting at the bar... Or maybe it’s just totally different customer service culture here in Romania.

We booked a table for 6 persons for 3 hours starting at 07:00pm. We had an unpleasant experience with the hostess when she came with attitude to our table and said: YOU HAVE TO FREE THE TABLE! It was 15 min to 10 pm. We still had unfinished drinks on the table and the other customers were there waiting for us to free the table
Her attitude was not profi for that kind of restaurant. I hope someone responsible will see this review and do something with this lack of politeness.

Fitting place for a drink and a bite. You can sit both inside and outside and the prices are well-adjusted (for this zone). Waiters are pretty quick.
Quick detail : don't wear anything sporty, a friend entered in his sport shorts and they couldn't allow him inside. Understandable but just so you know, wear jeans if possible.

Really disappointed. Poor service.
I went to Nomad with three friends.
Our waiter clearly thought he could remember our order. He couldn’t and had to return to our table to remind himself.
The fries I ordered (at the same time as everything else) to go with my main course didn’t turn up until I’d eaten my main course.
My second glass of wine turned up in a dirty glass.
The receptionist has a poor (self important) attitutude and clearly thinks she’s in an episode of Sex And The City.
Clearly the manager needs to get a handle on things and train his staff better.

Nice location and decoration but that’s all. We ordered Negroni and they were way too watery, which is not something desired. The food was ok but nothing special. All in all it’s an overpriced cafe bar without something special to offer you.

We got seated by the waitress. Another couple and three other girls as well - on the balcony. The other guests at least got a menue. We never saw one. I asked the waitress three times if we could order when she passed by. She always replied with a stressed short head nod and never came back. After thirty minutes we left. Though the waitress stood next to the elevater when we left she didn't show any motion.
