My friends and I have truly cherished serving dinner at this restaurant. Absolutely discreet and outstanding service. The beef cheeks with mashed potatoes and truffles have been cooked to perfection; they're like a trip to paradise. Oh, and... one of the tastiest jamón currently available in Romania, from my point of view.

We chose this place due to reviews and high grade.
The experience is truly superlative, with the taste of the paella being identical to a paella made in Spain.
The staff was very welcoming and kind.
If you are looking for an exit to a local with Spanish specialties Pata Negra is ideal!

Table reserved for evening. When we arrived they give us the one in front of the door. But we’ve managed to switch it. Appetizer were good. The paella was terrible. Overcooked. And instead to let us serve, the waiter came and scratch the boll mixing the food with burning. when we complain about it, we waiter talked us unpolite saying that we didn’t choose the dish with more sauce.

As a family of three, we wanted to take full advantage of our first visit here and mainly shared everything we’d ordered. For starters, we opted for the octopus bombé, which are basically fried octopus meatballs. The actual meat inside was very chewy, kinda hard to eat, so I wouldn’t recommend these. Another dish was quite similar to this, but the octopus was replaced by other types of fish, and it was the fried homemade buns. These ones were fine, nothing too spectacular, I would’ve opted for something else if I knew that we would have two very similar dishes, that were average. Moving on to the main course, we had the duck milhojas (the meat was quite dry, it definitely called for a sauce, or something to make it softer, easier to chew), the oven-baked lamb (the meat itself was very good, however the garnish made me think that it wasn’t cooked right when we’ve ordered it) and the Pata Negra octopus (the star of the show, ultimately making us want to come back only for this particular dish). It’s quite hard to find very tender and juicy octopus at a reasonable price. If you’re a fan of seafood, and enjoy a good octopus, I’d strongly advise you to try it out at this restaurant. To finish off the meal, we ordered two deserts: the chef’s tarte - a mango, yogurt-based, tarte and watermelon chutney (a refreshing choice, but the price doesn’t reflect its taste) and the Catalane creme (mostly a crème brûlée, but very watery, with almost no taste other than the caramelized sugar on the top).
Overall, solely based on my experience, I think that this restaurant specializes in seafood, so you can define eat some very delicious meals here. In terms of atmosphere, it’s one of the most chic, elegant and cozy restaurants I’ve been in.

Very nice experience! The interior is cozy (maybe the tables a bit too close to each other) and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The food and drinks are very good: we ordered patatas bravas, mixed croquetas and sausages for starter, then 3 dishes with pork, all excellent. For dessert a maracuja tiramisù, which was good. Prices above average but they are (in my opinion) justified. Well done!

On a Sunday noon it was ok. On a Saturday evening not anymore: very hot inside (28C), main course came after almost 2 hours. Pinchos (Tapas) very good, main course not impressive for the rather high price. One still water 5,5€, one gin tonic 12,6€. Waiter self confident while giving wrong information.

First visit and a good impression. Very nice location. Restaurant looks a little bit small and a little bit noisy. We had the chance to be the first guests there and we had no problem with service. You have to be prepared for a consistent bill value. It is not cheap, but if you want to eat cheap there are lot of restaurants in Bucharest. This one is something else.

The food was good in comparison to the extremely poor service. I would have expected that employees of a restaurant of this status would treat all paying customers with respect and equally, not depending on their age or assumed status. This restaurant has not created a satisfying experience and we will probably not return.

Extremely poor quality of services. No correlation between the not-so-low prices and the quality of the culinary products. Dirty on the table, with the aprons turned to hide the dirt. Bringing you a bottle of water after 30 minutes, at your insistence, is an insult! I visited this restaurant for the second and last time!

A special dinner with great food and services. We love the shrimps with olive oil and garlic, grilled octopus and the paella with duck and fois gras (the chef's specialty). Thank you Leo, you are the best waiter!!!!

Lovely tapas restaurant in the Dorobanti neighborhood, residential area. Great selection of hot and cold tapas. Spanish meat dishes also available. Enjoyed the mushrooms with jamon, as well as the octopus “bombs”.
Warm interior. Good service. Decent prices. A good find all round.

Great place for dinner in a quiet neighborhood. The food was excellent and the service was prompt and competent. We had a nice plate of serano and cold cuts and zaccusca. Then a well prepared lamb dish, schnitzel, and a beef stake.

I've longed to come in this magical place for quite some years. It was nothing planned, one of my best friend recommended me and we've called ahead and we came. The architecture is grand, everything is bohemian in a palace kind of way. The furniture, lighting and music is arranged in an unique style. I am most grateful for everything, for the ambience, for the spectacle of dishes, irreproachable serving and the surprise at the end. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

RO. Recomand sa incercati restaurante asemanatoare in alta parte a Bucurestiului.
EN. The wine and the food are relatively good, but in the end it is the experience that matters. Monday evening, just 3 tables occupied and 3 hosts, not so crowdy, we had to pour our wine on our own?! Lack of attention, bad experience, at the end they were expecting a little "attention". I recommend trying other experiences in other parts of Bucharest.
