we were in a hurry, we warned the waiter about this. but instead of passing the order to the kitchen, he continued to clean up the hall. later said that the dishes could not start cooking right now, as the kitchen was overloaded. while only one table was occupied.

Really nice restaurant, they offer an English menu by scanning the QR barcode using your mobile phone, service is fast and the dishes are tasty and fresh.
Do not skip on the local beer choice, it's a must drink it over there!

As you enter you might find yourselve in a nice place as the owner maybe in the beginning had the bright ideea to arrange the place in a cousy and good manner but in time this place has the unfortunate to be treated in a terible manner and you find yourself in a carusell . Bad service nothing working as you find on the table some device that might have the oportunity to help you but unfortunately those devices that on the butons say that you might order or close the order , doesn't work and puts you in the position to raise your voice to close the order or to whant something more .
The cleaning is not as expected as you find yourselve in a position to constatate to sit on the uncleaned bench with stains on it and a lot of dust all over the place and tables not cleaned as you sit on them .
The Draft beer is good but all other things makes you think if you can order something to eat as long as dust is the king there , and the sitting place is uncleaned and looks like a terrible place ! I will not recomend to try to eat there because you might find yourselve in a position to eat some food that is prepared not in a safe conditions .
Another thing is the toilets that are small and dirty and watch out about the door that is broken and you might watch not to have another person in your intimacy as the door does not have the system to close the door of the toilet working .
The personel does not gives you insides of what you might serve and stay like a client on the spot , or some recomendations about what you might have as a client and the meniu is like a piece of paper that could be use on toilets , also they don't have enough menius so you might find yourselve without it as long as other client ask for toilet paper meniu to order or to see what could have from it..

It is a pitty to have a beautiful place like this but bad services bad attitude which creates bad atmosphere and vibe in such a place only because staff behaviors and probably lack of management. Charging extra fees for no reaon on a gin and then the manager coming up with different excuses just to cover the staff fault and not apologizing about the mistake. I usually do not write bad reviews easily but this really pissed me off!

The place is really cozy, the staff is quite friendly and welcoming and the service is on point.
You must try the chicken strips, the potatoes are to die for, on top they have bacon chips and who doesn’t love bacon right?
The dessert that I tried was trifle cup ( vanilla cream with sponge cake and raspberry) this dessert is very light if you want something fresh but sweet in the same time.
If you are in Bucharest and you are in a search of a coffe place/ restaurant, this is the place.

Crooked attitude.
I ordered roast beef. Since there were several options, the waiter presented me with several raw pieces, without asking me how much I wanted or telling me what the minimum quantity was for the grill.
He brought me barbecue made from the whole piece of 900 gr. I paid, but I do not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.
I have never met something like this even in Romania.

Too bad for the history of this place and the location. They could managed the place much better. We waited more than one hour for some french fries and a salad. The waiter was bored and unfriendly and the food was poor. Nothing special about it.

We were having a difficult journey and we wanted to just have a nice lunch and sit near the window. So the manager said the table was not ready, but we were ready to wait but after he said in a very rude way that the table is reserved, which we think it's just a story.
Anyway, we don't think that as a manager he should speak to us like he was.

Nice food, good craft beer, aesthetically pleasing surrounds. Quick and friendly service with enough ppl that speak English to help us silly tourists out! :-)
Surprised by the negative reviews - though we came here twice during the middle of the day and the negative reviews largely seem from a while ago. Diff mgmt perhaps?

Great spot in the center of Bucharest. Valentin was an amazing host. Great food and good service! A perfect place to drink a beer with a bunch of friends.

The food was awesome and the staff is super freaking. Ask for Florin, one of the best staff I have ever seen, he can tell you about the history of the place and give you tipa about hidden gems of Bucharest
