I love exploring new places, this teahouse is a great place to enjoy a lovely cup of tea and a dessert. It creates such a cozy, intimate atmosphere to enjoy with friends, the bohemian decor is so elegant, everything is designed to have the best time. The staff is friendly, always there to offer food recommendations; the menu is filled with tasty food which provides another opportunity to explore.
Infinitea Teahouse is a hidden gem, magical — looking forward to exploring it again!

the place was a big surprise, the enter is so discreet, somebody who was there before, guided me inside
it's an apartment, part of a mansion, in a very select area, the interior is a very intimal one, the feeling is that you were invited to the owner's house
more than that, the terrace is so cozy, quiet, so nice
a lovely place to drink or to eat

This is a very nice teahouse, located in an old house, nicely adapted to a teahouse. The outside garden is particularly beautiful with two decks and simple though beautiful design. Services were good and the personel was very nice.

The place is lovely, the tea and food tasty. However the service is slow. That hasn't necessarily been a problem in the past but this last time the staff was a bit condescending and chaotic. At the end of our stay our friend was called by the waitress who explained to her that because we spent around 3hs there we have to spend around 600 ron (i think our bill was around 400 ron)!! I've never heard of such a thing..my friend kindly explained that partially because of their chaotic behaviour we stayed for so long..we were left with only one menu at some point (there was 6 adults and 2 kids), they forgot what tea one of us ordered so they came back and made her look through the menu for the name..they brought someone else's order once...they tried to convince us that a mousse with some red berries was the "sour cherry cheesecake" my friend ordered and so on..it felt very unwelcoming. too bad for the service, because the atmosphere is quite cozy

There was no plate with Reserved, we sat down at a free table and waited 20 minutes to be told there were reservations to come. They didn't even serve us and invited us to leave, considering that they could say: ok, we have a place or something inside. Attitude 0. Maybe if you are dressed in a T-shirt with Bucovina and you have long hair, you do not fit into the landscape. Thanks, I'm not coming anymore.

They must be on a high horse lately, now they reject reservations after you are already on your way to them and dont answer the phone. It’s known that their staff is lazy and rude but this takes it to another level. So many nice spots in this city - this one deserves to be known for their rudeness and lazyness.

The place looks great and the food is good but the staff attitude is disappointing. We went there on a summerish rainy day and they decided to move the reservations from the garden (that hadn't arrived), inside, by telling people they have to clear tables. Very rude staff.
That rain lasted 30mins and they managed to annoy everyone. They cleared our table with a quarter of the drink in the glass just because we asked for the cheque (which we asked for, simply because the mood was becoming unpleasant inside).
They are generally in a rush to clear tables even if you are constantly ordering.

A very cozy place, with nice people and aestethic rooms. Drinks and foods are also very good
I recomand to make a reservation because in the evenings it's a little crowded

Located in Cotroceni, a very posh neighborhood, this place is just beautiful! Friendly staff, amazing outdoor garden as well as the vintage interior. It's great for couples, business lunches, a day out with the family, etc.

First of all the location is amazing! It is an awesome vintage garden. Also we had some very tasty drinks without alcohol and the brunch was great! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone !

I was very disappointed about my experience with this place. I wanted to show my friends the awesome places we have in Bucharest and this was a miss. We waited for 30 minutes for 4 drinks:
1. I got an ice-tea vanilla with ice-cream - this drink was not iced and it just tasted like milk.
2. My girlfriend got a frappe and again it was warm.
3. Our friend got some kind of berry ice-tea and it was a diluted version of a Lipton that tasted bland.
4. My other friend got a Prosecco glass and she was the only one that was happy with her order choice.
The staff was unresponsive and lazy. I had to go get them when I wanted to order that one time, I can’t even imagine having to wait 30 more minutes for another drink in this awfully hot weather.
FYI the place was empty so the usual excuse for delayed service did not apply.
Please listen to me and do not make the same mistake as I did as they will never learn.

I went there after I made a reservation on the website ialoc.ro, where I specifically asked politely a table for two on the upper side of the garden. The reservation was confirmed, but when we arrived, the waiter said that they don't guarantee a certain table, even though they confirm the reservation, and he wanted to take us to a balcony, at the first floor. He climbed up. The stairs and started to turn on the lights in some dark, desolating and deserted rooms, where no one has ever sat in the last century. I protested and made a remark, trying not to be very rude, about the fact that my reservation was confirmed for someplace else. Than the waiter started turning off the lights and the dusty lamps, turned towards me and told me all of a sudden that my reservation was canceled, that I am no longer welcome, and invited us to leave the place. I threatened that I will make a complain and he started swearing. That was my most humiliating experience ever, but it seems like a place like this can at any moment treat with disrespect a customer just because they are not happy with his remarks. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Nice location and the colorful stairs next to the teahouse are gorgeous. There are simplistic dishes & drinks and slightly high prices.

The good: location in a well preserved and furnished old villa, with a lovely inner courtyard; huge variety of tea and juice sortiments; cheese plateau seems to be a good choice; lovely background music;
The bad: slow but kind service; rather steep prices; Queen Afternoon plateau not worth it; poor ventilation in the courtyard on hot nights;
