I was with my family for lunch and some of us received the food at the same time, but one of us received the food after most of us finished the main dish. The waiter was acting inappropriate, it was very arrogant. In the menu, the chicken should have been cooked in the oven, but the chicken received was fried. The ras asfour was ok. There are a lot of other lebanese restaurants which are better than this.

We went to this restaurant because we like Arabic food and we liked how it looked from outside. We were kind of disappointed, since the food was good, but not special, we ate better in other Lebanese restaurants in Bucharest. The restaurant is big and colourful, with Oriental decorations, and there were a few small items on the house, which was a nice touch. However, the prices were very high. The service was nice and prompt. We also disliked the cigarette smoke, coming from the smoking area (inside the restaurant!!). I am not sure we will go again.

This resto attracts a lot of clients with its flamboyant oriental look, the dancers and because permits smoking in some areas, including the nargileh.
The food is good but I know better Lebanese restaurants in Bucharest. It is not a must see and the prices are pretty high for what this resto offers. For me it was easy to get there as I live nearby but I won't visit it again soon

I had visited multiple times Mandaloun with a good experience, but yesterday evening it was the worst Lebanese I ever had. The service was extremely slow, the starters came all one by one and the main dish was a total fail. Ordered a mix grill which came cold to the table. We asked to warm it up on grill but it came again cold to the table.
Very disappointed because I took a Lebanese friend there who I told this was best restaurant, but it ended with a total fail.
After yesterday I can not recommend this place anymore.

It's a lovely setting for the best, tastiest Lebanese food I've ever eaten, though I've never been to Lebanon, so maybe it's better there :). An amazing menu with mouthwatering choices. Everything was delicious. I had chicken breast bits in a pomegranate-onion sauce and could not have been more pleased and surprised at the flavors. My friend had the charcoal grilled chicken and it was moist and rich. This restaurant is clearly popular. I fully recommend trying it out.

The waiters were very arrogant. They didn’t have a clue of what contain a dry martini cocktail. The closed 12 when I asked a bottle of wine 11.45 and I was informed the they will close 1am. The portion of fish I ordered of 1kg for 2 people turn on to not be more than 700gr. They barely told us to go at 12am give us the bill with bad manners. I represent one of the most important schools in hospitality business management and I have never experienced in Bucharest such bad service. I really don’t recommend this place. It’s a pitty due to the food was excellent.

The food was ok, but nothing impressive. We had the meat rolls with mozzarella, but there was no mozzarella and they were quite oily. The chicken shawarma was sour and too salty.
We did not enjoy the atmosphere at all. The music was sooooo loud that we could not hear each other or the waiter and I left with a headache. We asked if the volume could be lowered since our table was right next to the scene, but they said this is the lowest they could go...We are not planning to return.

Terrible meal! Hopefully we will not feel sick! Bad taste mix of colors decoration. Loud and poor quality of music that makes even more difficult the attempt of digesting those products. Not interested to pay another visit anymore, ever.

The music is terrible loud, measured 90db - so loud, our ears hurt. We asked if the music volume can be lowered, but it seems not.
The chicken shawarma was very oily, sour and salty. The shisha was ok, higher than average price.
The drinks contain much alcohol, so they are fine.
Service was fine.
1 star because it is unbearable to not be able to hear your thoughts while eating.

Fantastic atmosphere and authentic Lebanese food. The lamp with rice (mansaf) is a signature dish, and the Lamb Chops were great.
We also had a dish of Shawarma served in a very nice way.
Good value and great food.

This is a really good Lebanese place in Bucharest and also serves alcohol, which is something you usually don't find. Food is very tasty and the waiters were nice. The only thing that could be improved is that the music is always very loud and you can't really hear one another, but I will come back here.

This was one of the best meals we had in Romania. Who knew Lebanese food was this good!!!
We were staying close to the airport and this place was just down the street. Couldnt have been happier. The one comment I would make is that we were seated in the non smoking section - but apparently the Hookas don't count.

We went to that restaurant to figure out that it's not Halal.I asked the manager he replied that's it's halal.I asked him to provide me the certificate that is normally delivered to any restaurant striving to be fully transparent with its new or Fidel customers .He was very rude to me by replying that he is not going to put a paper on display in the restaurant to show us halal. He said that in Romania you won't find any restaurant with the Halal certificate.I didn't ask that but just to show it to me.We decided to leave.I strongly don't recommend it.We went to an other restaurant and they politely showed us the Halal certificate. As Muslims we need to feel safe when it comes to our belief and not just eat randomly .
