The food here is Exceptional as always. location is at its finest , right in the herastrau park and by the lake . I do recommend

One of my favorite restaurants in Bucharest, with delicious and tender octopus, fresh tartar, and truffle pasta is out of the mind!!!

Not bad but expensive for what you get. Portions on the small side but good quality. Garden area as well.

My partner booked a table for my 50th birthday - in his email, he asked for a window seat with a view of the lake, explaining it was my birthday. He received confirmation that a window table had been reserved. Well, the table was certainly...by the window, but since two other sliding windows had been pushed back over ours, you could see absolutely nothing of the lake through three panes of double glazed glass. It was the worst table in the room, also being directly under a speaker. The food was good - but no better than Mezzaluna for example, yet twice as expensive. You're paying for the location - that wonderful view of the lake....ah yes, I may have already mentioned - there was no view of the lake.More

this is a trendy place, where you go to see, being seeing and above all for the excellent fresh fish they serve. the restaurant is situated in the upper part of Bucharest by a big lake. during the summer season you can eat outside on...the garden; in winter the lovely comfy interior will welcome you. the menu card is extend with Italian specialties; the wine card offers some really good white and reds; staff is friendly. this is fine dinning.More

Went out for a cozy dinner. The food was good. But the whole restaurant was too smoky. Technically it is the terrace. But actually it was a closed space and it was the only space. Brought me back to the days before the smoking restrictions....Not enjoyable.More

It hasn't been the first time I was in Isoletta and this exquisite restaurant deserves to take the time and rate it. I have eaten fish in many places, from LA or Tokyo, to Italy, Portugal or the Greek islands. This is by far the...best fish restaurant I have ever been to. More than that, they have kept the high quality standards for many years. The wonderful setting and the great service are only topped by the excellent dishes. I can certainly recommend the Antipasto alla Isoletta, Misto Frutti di Mare alla Griglia and Risotto Crema di Scampi. I will be back soon !More

This was the farewell diner for our group of 14 following a round trip through this beautiful country. The food quality (all were very fresh ingredients) was top (!!) and the service almost very professional. Make sure to ask the size of your fish (turbot)...order or you receive a full fish party which you will never be able to finish. The atmosphere I am sure can be super but not when the taint belonging to the restaurant hosts a Romanian wedding which usually celebrate with very loud music.More

Nice restaurant in the Herastrau Park, with nice atmosphere, very good service (we had Marinica as waiter and were very pleased by his wine recommendations and general treatment) and excellent food. However, the price is incredible high when compared to the Bucharest market and infrastructure....It is inadequate to request in Romania prizes like in Zurich or Singapore as long as you are not paying salaries like in Zurich/Singapore. This is why only 4 stars.More
