Terrible service! Today we waited almost 30 minutes for a waiter just to take our order! He litteraly looked at us and turned away. Very rude staff! Luckily there is much better resturant up the hill next to the tv tower, so we left and...went there for lunch. Unforgettable customer treatment!More

Super friendly staff, that helps you quickly. The menu is small, but with some very nice croatian dishes. Freshly made, large quantities and cheap.. While eating outside you can enjoy the surrounding forests on the mountain. Great beers, good food, and great staff that makes...you feel welcome!More

pleasant place to plentiful, homemade meal. I ate there the best turkey with mlinci. have a lot of interesting types of craft beer. for all hikers an excellent source of energy after a strenuous climb. best strudel ever.

I am visiting that place for 30 years approx. and make no mistake, you will be properly fed there. I recommend sarma, wild deer/boar stew (gulas) or "purica z mlincima" (turkey and mlinci). Drafted or bottled beer for all tastes as well as brandies. For...those that come for coffee and strudel, by far the best strudel on the mountain (I've checked most if not all of the Medvednica mountain cabins) and I can tell the difference. It's very friendly place and mostly crowded over weekends so don't come around 1300 hrs and think that table is waiting for you. It's packed for the obvious reason - it's an awesome place. Prices are as in any other hut on the mountain. Around 60-80 kunas per meal + drink. You will have to stand in front of a bar for order when is packed so be prepared for that as well. That's how it is up there on the mountain. It's not 3 Michelin star restaurant and don't expect such experience. It's for hikers and they never complain. I am on the mountain with my friends or solo 1-3 times a week, for morning coffee, lunch time or evening for strudel and beer, so take my word, they are really good.More

I ate here once before and I remember it was very tasty. However, this time I think it was average and we ordered Grah s kobasicom and green salad. The portions were big and it was fair but my salad was everything but green salad....It was more white and it didn't seem fresh.More

If you are walking on Sljeme, and you come to the top stop here and for just few € (you have to pay in kunas) you can have a fine meal with a good beer! On the way up you have another place to eat...i couldn't find on the map - punitarka! So if you start from the bottom, my advice is to take the way to puntiarka, eat there and continue to the top and then eat in the stara lugarnica!More

Great food and great atmosphere, especially after walking up the mountain. The soup and the goulash were very good, and the sour cherry strudel was great.
