The place is exactly what it sounds like, a Croatian Mexican restaurant full of pirate decorum. The food is actually good even though it isn't quite authentic. Have an open mind, order a margarita and a chimichanga and just enjoy it!

Restaurant is in center of zagreb. It is all decorated like a boat and it is a really great first impression when you enter. They have also cool web page. We ate chimichamgas and enchiladas. The stuffing comes on a brick stone and tortillas on side wtih cheese and salad separate, so xou make your own meal. It was really... More

Karaka is one of our favorite restaurants in Zagreb. Every few months we go there for past 4 years and is good as it was the first time we're there. We tried everything on the menu and every meal is good. Some are better (for us, ofc) some not but everyone will find something for him. The staff is great,... More

Food was tasty..but ingredients weren't fresh..salad died in 1981...and the dish i was eating, which i didn't eat the first time was strange tasting..like stale. But ambience and all together not that bad..could be better..

This place was a welcomed change to the food we have been eating whilst in Croatia. The menu is more than extensive with more than enough options for everyone. The food is priced reasonably and it is tasty. The sangria is also delicious, go the jug! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. Loved it

We had lunch there just today. The food is great and the portions quite big. Staff was very friendly and attentive, but not annoying. Only bad thing to note is that the entrance is very dark if you just came in off a bright sunny street, your eyes cannot adjust to the dark staircase at the quick enough.

Cool place, very well decorated although a bit dark. Great Mexican food, with fair prices and served in very good atmosphere. Waiters are very friendly, giving you opportunity to feel like home! Highly recommended!

Who would guess this pirate-theme restaurant would serve up enchiladas and burritos? The decor is such that you feel you are in the galley of an old ship. The lunch menu is very reasonable, albeit smaller portions. The regular menu is pricier, but with plenty of food to fill you up. The women in our group especially liked the Enchilada Suisa.... More
