We chose to go there after seeing its menu online. The surrounding was a great surprise. It was like boarding an old ship. Apparently we were early for dinner but the only waiter helped us right away. We enjoyed all of our dishes. My husband was particularly happy with the amount of chilli in his choice. Close to our leave... More

Very good restaurant close to the city centre. Dining room fitted to resemble the interior of a pirate ship. The food and wine were excellent and the service efficient. I would certainly recommend this restaurant. An ideal venue for a relaxed meal in a pleasant atmosphere.

We were here on our last night in Croatia and really wanted to eat some Mexican. The ambience was great and the food was amazing! Lot of vegetarian options too.

Walked in with a friend while traveling to Split and enjoyed an amazing meal and drinks before our overnight train. Bruno and his partner and chef were excellent hosts and their food was even more outstanding! I'm from Southern California and have had my share of great Mexican-style food, and these guys really nailed it. I highly recommend a visit.

The place is exactly what it sounds like, a Croatian Mexican restaurant full of pirate decorum. The food is actually good even though it isn't quite authentic. Have an open mind, order a margarita and a chimichanga and just enjoy it!

The stuffing comes on a brick stone and tortillas on side wtih cheese and salad separate, so xou make your own meal. It was really... More

Karaka is one of our favorite restaurants in Zagreb. Every few months we go there for past 4 years and is good as it was the first time we're there. We tried everything on the menu and every meal is good. Some are better (for us, ofc) some not but everyone will find something for him. The staff is great,... More

This place was a welcomed change to the food we have been eating whilst in Croatia. The menu is more than extensive with more than enough options for everyone. The food is priced reasonably and it is tasty. The sangria is also delicious, go the jug! The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. Loved it
