Unhappily because of Covid I wasn't able yet to return in Sofia, but I am certain that Perfecto in Chepishev continues to be my favourite restaurant in Bulgaria.

The food is good, the wine as well. The service though is a bit mediocre. A nice atmosphere in the garden, chill music .

The dishes are being prepared very slowly. The variety is pasta, pizza or grill... difficult choice for the summer season. The dessert Nutella cake is made without 1 gr Nutella, however was not bad at all, just don’t get why they have to promote something that they don’t use. The service is nice and polite.

Quite a find!

I'd been meaning to try Perfetto for some time and finally got the chance one recent snowy evening, perhaps not the best time for a drive! The restaurant was busy but the staff were professional and friendly. We were seated at a table against the back wall, a reasonable location but be warned that with a lot of people dining the sound bounces off the stone cladding on the wall, making conversation a little difficult. The food was better than I expected, well presented and of excellent quality but without the "artistic flourishes" that some chefs think makes up for a mainly empty plate. Portions were certainly pleasingly adequate. The starter salad with coconut white cheese (sirene) was especially enjoyed. Main courses were large and well-cooked, and the waiter was careful to ask if we wanted the food served so that the everyone's main courses came together rather than the somewhat annoying local habit of bringing the food whenever suited the chef. I'm told that the house red was good - as the driver on an icy night I was unable to try it! The dessert list is pretty short but we all enjoyed our choices. Definitely somewhere worth visiting again.

I went last night with friends of mine the restaurant is located in Boyana. I ordered my favourite salad caprese and glass of red wine that waiter is recommended. Highly recommend to visit

Best Desert

Went for coffee and desert. Nice cozy environment with great smells from the people eating around us. The service was good and above all the desert was different from what I have tried before. Would defently go again to try out more.

Good ambiance and good food with old-time service

We have been several times to the place as we live nearby. Otherwise for a visit one should come specifically from town. Food was always good however at times at comes not warm, meaning the service was late to pick it up. Generally, it is obviouis that waitstaff is selected carefully as they seem to be experienced and of some age. However sometimes it is the wrong experience and wrong habits and attitude. Too familiar with customers, sometimes condesending and didactic, at times plain inconsiderate and rude. Example. Last time a week ago May 24 evening, we were 4 at the table and asked the bill to be split between the couples. The waiter seemed not happy and said coldly that "in that case we should be warned that food will come in a different time" which is complete nonsence because he took the orders together and can bring them come together of he wanted. Then a very slow service started. Our fries came not warm at all in more than 20 min. After asking, the veal stew came after almost 40 min. No apology no warning nothing. Good that the food was fine. Waiter said we should have told him the fries were cold as "he had no way of knowing this himself", This was not nice. Customers can see and feel fake servitude when the staff is not a natural service person. That cannot be learnt regardless of all experience. We did not feel welcome and serviced, just like in the old socialict times when the waiters and barmen were not in service but in making more money than doctors....

Consistently perfect

I have been to "Perfetto" on many occasions ever since they opened and every time I enjoyed great service, delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. Perhaps the only thing I would change about it is the location as it is rather far from everything but I strongly believe that it is worth it.

İts very nice place. Good food nice ambience. İ tried rib eye it was almost the best. İts was calm enough to have conversation with friends. But i didnt like the sport channel on TV. Staff is a little bit weak about hospitality. Excellent for bussiness dinner.
