After eating on the main shopping street the first night I was looking for something quieter and local. I went to the 6th Septemvri Branch. I sat outside below street level where there were a few tables with locals. Indoors was too air-conditioned. The waitresses were helpful and efficient. The salad was fresh. The veal soup was simply a chunk... More

I've been many times in this restaurant chain. Usually I go to the one which is located on 54 Gladstone str near Slaveykov Square. Compare to another two located on 41a 6th September str and 16 Hristo Belchev str this on Gladstone has a character. Food is delicious and affordable. I would recommend Divaka soup, served in a big bun.... More

A great place for an easy dinner with friends. There is a huge range of meals within a reasonable price.Quality is decent for those prices.

We went to Divaka based on good reviews and walked out with mixed feelings. The food was nice enough -- boyfriend liked his lemon pork chops, but the stuffed aubergine left me puzzled, given it was not stuffed with anything, it just had a few slices of feta cheese laid over it -- but service was quite poor. We ordered... More

Great homemade food - large portions - amazing price for quality ratio - don't miss this restaurant , healthy fresh - perfect soups - can improve on the bread , but the rest is flawless

It had great food, warm ambience, and pleasant staff. Not for the ones looking for a luxury dinner, but more for the modest hearted folk. The menu had a large array of Bulgarian and Eastern European food, which was great. Returning for sure during my visit.

Everyone knows Divaka because it has good beer, nice food and reasonable prices. Myself I tried the chicken in cream sauce with blue cheese, sort of like a vol au vent in Belgium. Went down nice with a fresh cold Kamenitsa beer. We ordered a kilogram of "french fries" with white cheese and some chicken wings (which were great) and... More

I go to Divaka quite regularly (the one on Gladstone Street albeit) and the food they serve is second to none. The staff are bi-lingual and the service is awesome. It is imperative that when choosing to dine at Divaka you pick the one at Gladstone Street.

I've been here many times, but in the last couple of months i was disappointed from the food, the staff and the hygiene. If you don't want to wait like and hour for your food, which comes hard and cold and then wait 40 more minutes for the check - eat somewhere else.
